sites in mysore
by Naveen on May 26, 2012 10:18 AM

Buying a house in bangalore is becoming a wish even for people working in software engineers with ever increasing price in bangalore real estate. So Mysore real estate is picking up at a fast pace. 30' X 40' was costing about 2 lakh rupees ($400) about 15 years back, last year a builder approached me to buy a 30' X 40' site for 8 lakhs about 3 years ago, the same build contacts me again and now the ask price is 12 lakhs. site value is greatly appreciating in Mysore. As mentioned in the above article mysore is tourist place, nice and green city, lot of software companies are expected to setup their facilities in near future and its hard to buy a site in bangalore, all of these aspects have made mysore a lucrative place to buy property. Incase you are looking to invest in mysore property, then you can contact me on my mobile 91-968-606-6004. Be wise and invest now on property, its still with in your reach. In another 2 to 3 years, in buying property in mysore will be out of reach for many of us.

Its also getting hard to get a site allocated through mysore muda, as the number of applicants is sky rocketing. Last year, Muda received 3 lakh applications for 1000 sites. Sites in muda are allocated on seniority basis, which would mean, there is no guarantee of getting a site being allotted. Hence most of the people are looking at buying an apartment or a site from builders.

Mysore Developing sluggishly

I am a Mysorean I want Mysore to become a great city like Bangalore.Presently infrastructure in Mysore is very poor. We dont have a proper City Bus Stand, our railway station has just 3 platform. Although they have started widening of most of the roads, the process is to slow. It takes 4 -6 months to widen half Km road.

Mysore is a real estate hotspot

It's hot lie where in there is no scope for real estate pull up. If you closely look into this, you can feel the reality. It's real that there was a boom in real estate. Now everything thing is standstill and literally falling. There are nearly 1/3rd of the Mysore is vacant with sites. There is no rapid development at any corner. This is only Builders ploy to boost the real estate again and make buyers fool.

Mysore development

It is nice to see that Karnataka government is developing Mysore as a destination for Hitech companies next to Bangalore. AP govt should develop Vizag in similar way. Hyderabad roads are already congested. This helps reduce stress on the capital city. Satyam and Wipro are already have their presence in Vizag. Infosys and other majors should consider setting up campuses there.
