Congrats. The same percentage should be applied to govt employment as well as public and private educational institutes . -- 10% on purely caste based going to SC ST 10% to OBC incl form all religions 10 % to economically poor among upper castes rest all should be free.
Dalit Mayawati is a Dictator. By directing Private Sector to keep 30% reservations for SC / ST , she has virtually dictated to the Business Units who are not running on Govt. Funds.
Our constitution gives us seven basic rights... among which are: - Freedom of religion, - And every Indian citizen to be treated with respect.
Then how come, the law enforced by Mayawati, Arjunsingh, are applicable. Few examples: - Anti conversion Bill (Change of religion- when there is right of freedom then why this law. I should have right to change to any religion I want.) - Reservations based on caste. - Code of conduct :(Biharis are allowed to shit in public, but same biharis talks about bitchiness of Rakhi Sawant and Shilp shetty) - Laws based on gender bias (common example is reserved seats for women in municipal buses, because of which you stand in queue for long to get a seat, whereas a woman who arrives very last moment gets a seat. - Civil and criminal laws based on religion
We Indians always say something and do something else (in right terminology - Double Standards).
Is there any way to raise voice against these laws, which are basically against our basic rights as per constitution?
Our constitution gives us seven basic rights... among which are freedom of religion, and every indian citizen to be treated with respect.
Then howcome, these types of laws including the one against -change of religion,(when there is right of freedom then why this law), reservations based on (caste, gender), code of conduct (Biharis are allowed to shit in public, but Rakhi sawant and Shilp shetty is asked to begave in respected manner) and laws based on gender bias (common example is seat reservatoin of women -- but not for senior citizens), civil and criminal laws based on religion are still applicable. We indians, always say something and do something else. We talk of principal but we dont even implement 40% of them. Is there any way to raise voice against these laws, which are basically against our basic rights.
