Provocating males with indecent dress code is the route cause for all types of misbehaviours from males. Police should fine these western type dress codes in public. A male's nervous system and strength is more powerful than female's. It has to be accepted first. Indecent male and females always exist. Indian culture is fading day by day due to media exposure too.

Biggest rapists are in the film and modelling industries. Most directors, producers etc are always exploit young actors and models seksually by promising them work.
