India is civilised nation, no doubt. Ladies should dress properly, please see the dress of this model. Why can't she cover body properly. Man should see girls/ladies as sisters and should think, if this happens to our sister or daught what will happen. Indian civilization teaches us as Woman are to be worshipped. Even India is called Bharathamba. But at the same time, ladies should be beware of such gundas and Law should be strict and fast. The judges should give horrible punishments.
