windows 98 could work after restart. The issue is not about crash. It is about not recovering after the crash.

I agree with your viewpoint of not forming views by one example, however will you be ready to be amongst the other people to take up the tablet and review it after usage and may it not happen but if it crashes too, then what will be your viewpoint?
The problem is similar to waters of ayole; we can have the best in least price; but then how about maintenance, reliability and customer support, cost of these are more than manufacturing cost. Rs 2500 includes only part cost not their reliability and after purchase support.
one in a thousand pieces CAN be born defective - i purchased my third Nokia bcos THE FIRST TWO ARE EXCELLENT BUT THIS ONE IS ROTTEN but that doesn't mean the company is bogus. I hv seen a BRAND NEW MERCEDES taken to repairs WITHIN 6 MONTHS...
MR. chakram is right.. there are defects in any product. So if u cannot afford an IPAD, say thanks to the Brand that introduced the cheap device. And as far as ur device is concerned, it's a issue with the specific device, else there are hundreds of device out there in people's hand working the delightful way. U, more or less sound like a critics to something going wrong only ur way. get the device replaced and be happy.
