There is no electronic device in this world that is flawless no matter how expensive it is.
I have worked with every possible electronic device. With its support, with it sales, with its manufacturing and designing. My suggestion to you my friend is when you buy any electronic device know some technical things about.
1. What processor does it use. 2. What is the PCB. 3. How does the touch screen works. 4. What is the battery composite and calibration source, so on and so forth.
All these things are freely available online to read.
The reason I mention this is because if you know the product well, you will know the problems and the solution for them. The tablet that is lying dead, you yourself can diagnose it and fix it. Without knowing the product it might be a simple thing that is causing this problem but due to lack of knowledge you wont be able to fix it. I have handled desktops, notebooks, tablets, printers and now servers. I started with nothing but google.. So pull your self to gather and research on the problem rather than waiting for the manufacturer to solve it for you. Atleast with this product you cant blame the manufacturer. Itne paise me itna he milega.. Lol..
I had sam experience with ipad 2 and had really tough time replacing the product. thse tech products sometimes go wrong, you only got Rs 2,500/- loss what about me it was Rs 40,000/- plus loss
Has some competitor corrupted some rediff correspondent to publish news like that ? Because one defected piece can not be the product evaluation basis.
