Dear chap, Indian B Schools have truly cracked the code. They have understood that 90% of the business need is for folks who can follow procedure and not endanger the system. This is quite like the need for babus in the IAS. The 10% need is for those who can show their ability to break the traces. The problem in the IAS is the chaps who can bend backwards are favoured.
In my MBA course, I was taught that the essence of MBA is derived from Srimadbhagwad geeta and it is - whichever role life gives you , live it to the fullest.
This point is correct,"What does language have to do with entrepreneurship?".And real Indians who are full of talant but do not know english so they can never have fortune to get management education.

To be fair, language is also equally important but not the most important thing! Most important is tactical application of theoretical concepts..which is more often than not found absent in even MBAs from premier institutes.
There was a time when SSC passed could get a job in Bank, Then it was graduates and now a degree from business school. Obviously the standard of teaching in most of the mushroomed business school in below par. Armed with degree from such school can only get lyu clerical jobs only.

It is considered a business, rather than knowledge imparting and entrepreneurs creating institutions. Hence students are customers who feel paying fees is like purchasing 'Elite' degree which will fetch them 'White Collar' post. Both end up at 'C' grade training 'D' grade pass outs. The opinion is generalised.

The author is a junk product. His views are junk. His bank is junk and loot. Not accept such third rated views.
this was known from the very beginning. at least clerks are produced. it would not be a surprise if the schools are producing peons and not even clerks. globalised indian government is just the modern east india company. it can be named as india company.
