why don't the VATICAN governemnt as for the return of the CONVENT cleaner which was heavily subsidised by VATICAN? time to clean up the MESS which INDIANS created?
WHICH IS MORE SUBSIDISED EDUCATION OR PARLIAMENT.COMPARE THE COST OF ONE DAY INCURRED BY GOVT. ON PARLIAMENT AND EDUCATION.ATLEAST DOCTORS STUDY IN COLLEGES....WHAT MOST OF THESE LEADERS DO ...WE ALL SEE ON TV
ok.....young Engineers and Doctors are ready to serve for a minimum period....but let the GOVT. give them the employment, which surely the cant give to all.Mr health minister check up ur health in US but with the bond that u will come back.
Why just doctors are targetted. Any abuse/misuse of tax payers fund should be heavily scrutinised. We all know that the number 1 looters of tax payers fund are politicians themselves. If anyone have ever looked into the working conditions in a government hospital, one would realise the level of corruption, mistreatment and insensitivity by non-medical staff. Even a experience clerk is more powerful then doctors.

For starters, the doctors aren't misusing the public funds. where did the misuse come in picture in the first place ? Was there a bond or an agreement that they will be allowed to get subsidized education only if they serve for minimum period in India ?
Also, its ironical that the kangress stooge is talking about misusing taxpayers money. These low life sc...ums haven't put in even 1 day of honest labor in their entire life.

Strongly agree.Bright doctors are being marginalised by illiterate MLA'S in each state. For e.g can anybody think for any brilliant doctor getting more value than Leaders like mayawati, mulayam, lalu etc
Today, India has prospered in software because many IT professionals went abroad, settled down in top class multinational corporations and started sending work (outsourcing, BPO, research) back to India. Without this, India would have been insignificant in software. Doctors settling abroad do not benefit India in any meaningful way. (To clarify, both doctors and IT professionals have same motive to settle abroad. It is just incidental that IT pros settling abroad ends up benefiting India.)

Haha, nice one!! Actually, it is still not clear to me, what they should do staying back in India. Polish the shoes of these politicians?
It may sound convincing that since govt is spending Rs 25 lakhs for each doctor, they should return back. The reality is, whatever government claims it spends, less than 20% actually gets utilized. To substantiate, private medical colleges (non subsidized) charge less than Rs 5 lakhs for the same education. How can the government apply the rule to the students already enrolled in medical programs? They would have opted for some other colleges or courses. Instead of coming up with draconian laws to prevent migration to USA, the govt should study why talented people want to leave the country and address the issues. It is not about money, it is about discrimination, corruption, unethical work practices, exploitation, growth opportunities and so on. Has Mr Azad thought about all this?
To me bond is an aboriginal idea and I am opposed to it. The better way is the person should be given choice to return the money the govt has spent on him/her ... with full interest or he/she should work in the country till the money is paid back through IT returns.

Politicians and Celebrities have no faith Indian doctors. Sachin Tendulkar, Sonia Gandhi, Yuvraj Singh etc go to US/UK/Switzerland for their treatment.

GUESS WHO TREATS THEM IN THOSE COUNTRIES ? its indian doctors who migrated there.
Why can't the porkiticians trust indian doctors in india ? Because most of them are from qu0ta system and are no where as good as the ones that get seats on merit.
The main problem is not money. It is the FACT that we don't have quality doctors. I do not believe in CASTE system, but when I had to take my parents to the doctor, I had to get his caste verified. If the doctor doesn't belong to SC/ St? BC etc, chances are that he is a quality doctor who became a doctor because he is intelligent.
