valentine day
by Kapil Kumar on Feb 13, 2011 07:31 PM  | Hide replies

valentine day is the best day if you want to fool a girl in the name of love. There is one old saying "man gives love to get sex and woman gives sex to get love". So choice is yours.

licsence to love
by surendran suren on Feb 13, 2011 02:08 PM

it is only day this one can keep company of opposite sex publicly and of course with police protection.no raids ,no demand of marriage certificate by inspecting police.Rest of all days in a year these couples will be charged under immortal act by law.And media will report it as an act of adultery or prostitution. Why this double standard.

Royz pick on valentine's day
by amit kumar on Feb 13, 2011 02:06 PM

I dont hate valentine's day, but i dont either justify it or support this very concept. What I fail to understand here is that why can't we show our love to our special ones all the year round, and why the hell on this earth do we need one special day for it.That special ones can be anyone, it can be parents, siblings, friends, anybody. And if we really buy stories and concepts from western countries, then why dont we buy other good concepts as well???? Why do we spit on roads? Why dont we become as courteous and well mannered as those foreigners??? Why??? To me, valentine day is nothing till now. I would also love to feel this day as a special day, but till now, i strongly believe that we really dont need a day to express our love and gratitude to our special ones.Just do it any day any hour, and that becomes the best moment for both.

I hate it..
by kuldeep jain on Feb 13, 2011 01:21 PM  | Hide replies

why i hate it ?because it is a gimic by multinational companies to create a market.I didnot hear the V day until there was opening of greeting card galleries who are selling a 5 Rs card to Rs 35.
anyone who is giving a rose to anyone does he/she think that they will plant one rose tree which will make the things more beautiful.

V day, friendship day, mother day all are created by market driven companies only.

Try to look at this issue on positive way. We have so many jobs in india, because american multinationals came to india 20 years ago, they started privatisation and globalisation. created model for indian company to grow and world class work atmosphere. before that it was all govt jobs full of dirt and bribe. whats wrong if they make little bit profit, but look at the jobs and income they create for indian.
why blame only them indian IT, BPO also steal jobs and money from west. millions of NRIs make billions of dollar in US and they bring it to india. if they ban it can you imagine what will happen to our growth.
we should try to face the reality.

dear manoj,
so far i have met many people of ihis name,Let me tell you that most of them were smart by any standard. I guess u r an BPO employee or least informed citizen of this country. Americans are like any self styled law breaker goon. U see what happen in Egypt, Pakistan, afganistan and Iraq. they broke honest and friendly country like soviet union. one they will make all of us slaves. so stop singing in their praise. bepatriotic and defend the economic freedom of ur nation as well.

Hater of Valentine day, shame to our culture.
by manoj kumar on Feb 13, 2011 01:12 PM  | Hide replies

Valentine day just an occasion to have fun for couple. whats wrong with it. whats wrong with being part of world culture. i feel pity for those think it will ruin indian culture. Truth is many people in US and europe are adopting budhist meditation and yoga. they are adopting our hindu way of spirituality. whats wrong if just to show respect we celeberte their new year and valantine. dont tell me all guys have fun on valetine has become christians. i feel pity for such moron who think like that.
Hongkong has best christmas in the world. does not mean it has become christchan. its still part of strong chinees community. wake up you morons.

It is very pity and sad to see that some people celebrate this day. We indian, our country has got rich tradition, culture and we have teached world to love. In view of this, why some indians are following western saint.

let people follow what they want, why are you preaching?

whats our rich tradition? what did we teach to the world on love? is it kamasutra? in kamsutra 3,4 and more people get together and make love, which west calls as orgy, valentine is between 2 persons.

Now which do you think is morally upright - celebrating valentine or practising kamasutra?

My dear, Kamasutra book should be seen as a science. It doesnt recommend to have group sex. Just as science books contain how to prepare bombs. Stop hating your own culture. See the western world- having sex in the public, drug addiction, teenage prenancies, single mothers, frustraion among the public, broken families etc all begin with small things like the valentines day

its not science, its debauchery - 2 to 3 assistants assisting for one person to poke and in some cases multiple persons poking....

so what if it from our own? just dont blame west for all our ills, well if west is so bad, then why the queue in western embassies for migration?

treat people responsibly, no need to police them, let people choose what they want.

Valentine's Day
by RAMACHANDRA KULKARNI on Feb 13, 2011 10:47 AM  | Hide replies

Dear Youngsters,
Please know the facts of Valentine's Day Celebrations. First of all it is not our Culture, secondly very few young couples know the real story of Saint Valentine. Even countries like Germany, Russia and many other European countries have banned this day, saying it is not their culture.

It is only we Foolish Indians Popu...larise such things and destroy our own very Beautiful culture.

It is the Markleting Gimmicks of countries like China and US, they know Inidans have a Heard Mentality, something new you introduce it is immediatley accepted by the Inidan Youngsters. It is the Market which they are eying to sell their Merchandises, Greeting Crads and their Culture. India is the Biggest Market and very Vulnarable to suich activities.

One can see that, this day is Pouplarised in the last 10 years only, when India became fully Global Market, before that very few people (only Chistians) knew about it. But it doesn't mean Lovers were never existed before this day was introduced in India.

In our Cultuer the Love exists every day in our life. We need not show it publicly by hugging or kissing and giving expenses gifts to the lover or writing Nasty things on the Arms & Legs . What is happening now in India is not a Love - Valentine's Day, but it is full of Lust & Vulgarity.

I fail to understand why our youngsters do not celebrate the National Days, Hindu Festivals or the Teachers days in the same Breath?

Please understand
