by lakubo on Feb 12, 2011 12:18 PM  | Hide replies

The Loveless celebrate Love on a particular day, as for me, I live by my love, the moment my love ceases, I cease to exist, I will be no more...

With love to my love.

Valentine Days
by Abhijoy Mitra on Feb 12, 2011 12:17 PM

The ideology of the Valentine Day special as well as other such foreign culture of dating, unmarital relationships embolding the young boys and gals to go for shameless act in public and to balme one anathor instead of being ashamed of on misconduct.Indian administration always have the trend to take up,copying the western negative cultural trends yrs after independence. It is a shame to think that once under Gandhi's philosophy the sameIndian Congress persuaded the mass to boycott foreign culture and products (Though That was also a excess measure too in pre independence era).Even too much western cultural promotion is also a threat to Indian social systems. Why we need to follow the valentine day special. How many Europeans like to take up the Indian traditions??

VD-not a day is a disease

Your love can be celebrated with your Birth day, wife birth day your meeting day any thing else but why Feb 14. That has any relavence to our life? It is hyper by commecials like archies and other products to sell their products. We stupid indians just follow Agrez as usual.

manu monnappa, You're 100% correct.
You just took my thoughts right from my mind.
I was just thinking what words I should type to express my thoughts, when I read your message.
This is exactly what I had in mind too.

Frivolous
by polarshift@rediffmail.com on Feb 12, 2011 12:08 PM

I patched up atleast three affairs during valentine's days in different years. It helped a lot that way but they were broken again of course. I think this V'day can be just time pass and frivolous things appear serious on that day. If they really appear serious and if anyone seriously celebrating V'day then (s)he is most likely a doomed guy/gal for a life time in love matters. I am without any love(romance) these days. Dont know if they will come up with a NO LOVE day soon and print cards?

all day valentine day & dont forget your culture...
by lokesh malhotra on Feb 12, 2011 12:06 PM  | Hide replies

see any bad thing starts with zero & goes to last untill you die,Same our culture is dying due to this corrupted culture why you discuss on valentine culture it is virus for Indian culture rather than talk on your motherland, mother & father who creates you we talk on valentine day.See there is not a special day for love all days made for love just feel the feeling for your special one.
valentine day is not express your feeling it express your sexually attraction with name of valentine day mostly people do. hhhhhhh.......so leave it & live with love not with valentine day.Enjoy every day & dont foget your culture.Every day is valentine if you have true lover. ....

Valentine's Day

Its not at all required. If both boy & girl are mature enough & can understand each other than there is no need of such artificial show. Love is based on trust not based on costly gifts.
