Let women stay at home, thats where they belong and bear children and make them upright honorable adults.
Unlike the present situation wherein women have abandon home in search of greener pastures, looking for areas of interest which are wide ranging, some respectable and some not so. Respevctbale is define by the society, a society which keeps changing the benchmark every month depending upon the mood of some celebreties for whom vanity is almighty.
Its not the fault of women, but of weak men who could not control the women.
In this era where women power is to the fore, is the era where peace is non existent. Lower animal instincts rule men, which in turn bring the beast out of men and women. Women need to abide by nature and fulfill their roles. Seeking equality with men in all aspects , makes women of the men - see the rise of third gender.
Noble souls need to knwo the limits and live within the limits.

Woman is not required to go out and find work in order to sustain herself; her men-folk provide for her unconditionally, in return for her carrying out certain responsibilities within the family. Her career outside the house is expected to be second to her highly esteemed job of nurturing her children to be successful humans.

I agree, I have come across sveral women, when they realize it is difficult to get their point across, they dont even hesitate to sleep with their male bosses, unlike the sati-savitri image portrayed of Indian women and Indian culture... b u l s * i *. He guys, be realistic and agressive. Modern day management has brought out the third gender more prominent in corporate world...

Murali, you talk about the character of women such, but tell me, if you were given a chance to sleep with your lady boss,you with do it without even having promotion as an excuse! What say mate? Then why blame the ladies?
Western Corporate language& mannerism is a big useless crap. Why should a woman act like man? A person can not have, and should not have dual personalities in his/her own interest. What is the point in asserting when you know you you are not knowing well? And when you know well, you will oviously speak , as this is what you are being paid to do. The culture of putting across your voice , all useless blah-blah, is not only making wisdom extinct in contrast to 'intelligence' but also making courtesy and politeness as liabilities rather than assets. Likesise, 'professionalism' is useless creation of westernites, in a bid to sell their courses and create armies of young men and women, who look alike, act alike and even think alike, and can never think out of box. God has created every person unique. The purpose of training can not be to defeat the purpose of God but subservient to it.
Plenty of opportunities for women today to grow and excel but hardly any would be serious about career after 6 in the evening. IF YOU WANT SHARE IN PROSPERITY AND PRIVELEGES, TAKE EQUAL PAINS TOO. They prefer soft positions which demand no time uncertanities. They hardly read anything, not even the news paper headlines. Most of the B-school girls do not know who the finance minister is or what women reservation bill is all about. If they take 10% of pain and effort in the interst of the world, that they take for beauty tips, they will be respected for what they speak and do. There is more show in their job than stuff or depth so unfortunate. When they need help, they are ready to take it from any body, at any cost but when it comes to nurturing and develping those below them, they hardly empathize. Female bosses are hated by females and all. sorry for the bluntness but true. True, nothing exists beyond husband and children for them, not even the in laws like fatherin law or mother in law. Modern women is too selfish about herself, kids and husband, to that measure whatever aids she is happy and beyond that to move an inch she does not. Look around how many women we see in public works, where as in media and glamour world there is plenty. VASUDEVAKUTUMBA IS INDIANNESS. KUTUMBAMEVA VASUDHA IS WOMEN'S THOUGHT.
