There is a reason god has chosen to create male and female gender; So there is no need for women to behave like men; and why should they? the almighty has given them sufficient traits for survival; No doubt men are physically more stronger than women and many times men are technically better wired; But in sectors like banking, Cteaching, sales and marketing, IT, Doctors, pharmaceutical sector etc women theoritically should be able to perform equal to men. In many posts below it is expressed that women take advantage of their gender to gain promotions. In my opinion, if this is happening then, both men and women should be equally blamed for it since men have allowed it to happen. But then, office politics is played by both genders. So, there is no point in blaming only females. Every one will agree that hard work, smart work, working sincerely should get promotions in theory only. Even in mostly male sectors like Engineering construction, real estate etc office politics play a lot of role in furthering ones career. let us admit, though there are many female IPS officers due to many reasons, women IPS officers are given soft postings only. That day when I was returning home, one lady police constable tried to flag down a 2 wheeler rider. That fellow just ignored her and sped away; A male constable would have definitely cought him. Do u understand CORPORATE GOVERNANCE, it is being given in the hands of WOMEN bcoz as they understand more intricacies of thing, we have given that thing with them.
We need female counterparts to everything but on every equal terms no differentiation,?
can i ask u if ur boss ask to remain in office till 2 am in the morning with a peon, will u?
Her career outside the house is expected to be second to her highly esteemed job of nurturing her children to be successful humans.
We live in societies in which most men and women have lost their sense of modesty, women are obsessed with their appearances and wear clothes to be seen by others and to attract the attention of other men even if they are married! They have lost their sense of shame. Marriage is often looked upon as old-fashioned and short term affairs and frivolous relationships are the norm, everyone waiting to attract a better partner and feeling totally justified to dump one partner for another at the drop of a hat. Feminism too has reached its peak and men and women are told to suppress their natural emotions.

These days gals just wear things to attract many men,they don't feel bad even if the people like autowallahs and panwallahs stare them continously,these women have become such shameless creatures.
In reality if you see a normal office a woman who behaves like a man gets due importance & her collegues,junoir ,senoirs suffer no problems but if a woman who refuses to confront upfront an agresssive person lands up as a boss there is hell for her team...

YES, THE THEORY OF EQUAL WAGES FOR EQUAL WORK CALLS FOR EQUAL RESPONSE ALSO AND WOMEN SHOULDN`T RATHER CANNOT CLAIM DISCOUNT FOR BEING A WEAKER SEX.
