Yes....

Women should certainly behave like Men only when Men try to oppress them trough unethical means. But this doesn't mean that Women become superior and Men become inferior. I think both have their own natural qualities to tackle situations and when it comes to being a human or an individual, both have similar instincts. There is a reason to why Men and Women need to co-exist and considering today's advanced lookout I think Women should prosper career wise and wealth wise but not at the cost of ethics and culture. Men need to be a bit more supportive and understanding but at the same time they should respect Women and should provide protection to them.

Yes they should. They should stop polishing and filing their nails. They should stop knitting sweaters during their free time and for heaven’s sake, vegetables should be cut on the kitchen table and not on the office table. C’mon woe-man, be professional !

Blah blah blah...wonder when these people will stop cribbing about everything wrong with men. Ok, all men are self-aggrandising, full of themselves, pompous, arrogant, inconsiderate, selfish, boorish, unnecessarily aggressive, loud, impolite, rude, obstinate, stubborn, needlessly dominating,chauvinistic,sexist,narcissistic,close-minded and silly. And women, whether they are in the corporate boardroom or in the fields or in the kitchen are considerate, kind, multi-tasking, nurturing, caring, selfless, good listeners, good leaders, sympathetic, polite, mild-mannered,nice, intelligent, thoughtful, cooperative, accommodating, helpful, selfless and giving. Ultimately men are one big burden on the world at large. Yes, men are what can be called the 'woman's burden'. Maybe well-informed and enlightened women such as the writer of this piece can light the way forward, and tell us how to rid the world of this masculine menace.

Brilliant

What a brilliant analysis. Everything written is true. I for one belong to the over considerate shy types and I have observed how meetings are "hijacked" by people who can "talk". But thats exactly what business schools prepare you for. Its needed.

Regarding handling teams, I for one, have stopped working for anyone who either shouts, taunts, or constantly lecturing. I only work for myself and for friendly types who are capable in their work. Will not work for anyone else. Even if it means working alone on an assignment. That way my life is simple, uncluttered and happy. I think we make a mistake by having too many people together on a single assignment, without each one's task clearly defined. Then of course the big talkers lead the assignment. Just like too many people in one house is a big mistake. Trouble comes in when many heads have to come together for taking decisions. Some are bound to be disappointed. Hence the habit of having favourites among management! Yoikes!!! theories just flow when you recount experiences :)

They should. bEcause of biological differences, men have a natural ability to lead discussions and teams. Women should take advantage of their gender to get their work done

Should men behave like women
by Kartic Krishnan on Mar 30, 2010 02:22 PM  | Hide replies

Heredity is more important than gender in the workplace. Indira Gandhi was famously known as
"the only man in the Cabinet". Mrs Thatcher
was known as "the iron lady".
When heredity is recognized to be important,
gender stereotyping can take second place

women talk about gender bias and equal rights but then why do they encash their feminity every time. they think that just by being female they can get anything they want. they should give equality if they want equality. women are unjust beings who cant be tolerated
