I do not understand why you (Mr. Yogi) should be so negative on someone achieving his dream by merit. It does not matter what it is, it may not mean much to you either, but this person earned it.

Businessmen do not create wealth all by themselves. But the Miltiary surely protects that wealth so that we all can sleep peacefully.

Mr. Gupta,

I fail to understand why you should be so critical of someone's achievement through fair means. Besides, why should anyone look down upon a havaldar? Is he a despicable person in some way? Wonder if a new caste system is being advanced here?

Proud of you Cadet Sriram! Thank you for your great inputs. 10 years ago if I was aware I would have really opted to join the force. I feel that the teens and the younger adults are really not aware of the various opportunities that the Indian Force has to offer, I may be wrong. Also, I surely will be happy if my son or daughter opted to join the force and serve the country.

Poor Guy!! He is in a group that will be fighting some useless battles against Maoists and Bangladesis! Yeah! his intension was to fight for his motherland... but, the c.h.o.o.t.h.i.y.a politicians will make sure that the efforts of these brave youngmen are wasted!

Good Luck! Young Man! Hope the country will change soon and learn to respect the efforts of people like you!!

Dear Friend,
I went through your comments. It is good. I have some information about Indian army. Indian army fights only against the outside enemy. For Internal enemy like the naxalites, the paramilitary forces like BSF, CRPF, STF that funtions under Ministry of Home, fight. So Joining army is a great decision he has taken. Please feel free to write.
Regards,
A well wisher

Dignity in Profession
by Sujit Maharana on Apr 27, 2010 05:39 PM

People are fighting in this forum mainly for dignity in work.

Don't forget our ex- army chief's collegue found involved in Sukhna Scam. Its not Army is full of saints.

I have all the respect for Sriram. But so many un productive individuals in India. And we need respect all those working and their professions. All are serving the nation in whatever way they can.
