the main thing is that many Indians are loud. And loudness is something that no one likes.
We too would not like a loud Englishman, or Frenchman etc.. For example, we in Goa find it terrible when people are loud, whether they are from the rest of India or from amy other part of the world.
So, manners and behavior is the key......there is no need to feel insecure if we know how to behave.

Absolutely... All the indians residing in Australia are going to look back their lives when they are old and find out that they spent their lives in fear, anguish, and humiliation. It is better to return from Australia if they feel threatened... Money is not everything in life.... It is better to forego money and live a social and happy life in India even if you might have some problems with infrastructure here.

but the situation is worse in India....like mumbai delhi these cities are dangerous due to political tension and crimes again women...so its better to live abroad and behave youself and tone down that patriotism
This is an oppertunity for our elites and policy planners to introspect our own acts for promotion of education. Our nation freed from foreign rules, and under the democratic self-rule for more than six decades, has not yet developed one institution even to be within first 200 world class universities. Instead this has been used an excuse on the part of elites to send their children to abroad for quality education despite humiliation of being called 'Slumdog' and latest being hurled with petrol bomb and stabbed. Of course, the reality in many cases (except the case like Ratan Tata's higher education. He even washed the plane to finance his membership in a flying club) is to utilised the loot saved in foreign banks.
Now, even our elites are not ready to allow any benevolent invester to start any world class university in India. Say for example: Sri Anil Aggrawal's attempt to start a world class university in Orissa. The elites particularly educationalists, politicians, industrialists, etc.who themselves had been educated in foreign soil and still send their children to abroad for higher education are opposing this project in many unjustified pretext, may be to utilise the loot stacked in foreign banks. How long this will go on? Why we should not have our own world class university in our own soil where we can get our children educated wifor more than six decades th diginity? This way we can save a lot of foreign exchange to be utilised for the economic development our poor.

You may end up shooting your cojones off instead, specially if you are not trained in handling guns. Also real naive of you to think that foreigners on student VISAs can buy guns off the shelf. Because of advice like yours, some unfortunate Indian students may end up with a bullet in their bum.

My sincere advice to indians who are in australia , is dont fear, form yourself a group be united, and experiance that australia is also yours as it is of australians, work hard and have faith in god, if u feel like australia as foreign land you will suffer, feel australia also your own country, love it respect it, nobody will harm you.
Do what the Romans do"..believe in this u hv no problem anywhere but Indians,Sri Lankans,Bangaldeshis,Paki's always live together & mingle together....Otherwise simply do not go to Australia
Thanks Guys...thats why i Love India and Indians...Nothing in the world could match this spirit of brotherhood we share for each other and come forward to help each other irresptive of cast, creed, sex or religion. Long live India....
USA may be a super power in technical terms but True Super power is India in human values and spiritual terms.
Indian Education is substandard compare to USA,UK & Australia. Indian Education is hub of politics & politician. India HRD Minister (Kapil Sibble) must allow foreign university to open collages here.
