It is something undigestive that creating more avenue for entertainement will keep away the couple from the reproductive activities. Infact various programmes being shown on the TV, more often than not, tend to generate ecxitement especially in young couple. It is education, socio-economic development and engagement of women in productive services are expected to create an environment for smaller family size as in present tendecy of nuclear family, such couple can afford to have more children at the cost of their career/job prospects. Hence, instead more investment is required on educating the people and generating the employment opportunities.

Well the Janab Azad Sahib is too naive to argue that seeing more sex on TV could ward off couples from doing less sex pranks in the bed and hence we shall unintentionally serve the cause of limiting Family Sizes.This is false. In fact that people are sexually aroused by sleazy screen shows and rush to take on their partners even more frenetically if not right, while ,witnessing screen sex but would take great pleasure in following salacious ways of the Reel Sex-Life soon after..D. mr azad should better come out with some radical plan rather than making a child like comic idea on population control. if he so open minded he should have better promoted contraceptives pills or promoted NSW operation. Come ON grow up Mr Azad!!!

Still better, instead of cutting half of it when child, cut it completely off. The problem is over once for ever.
Then Mr. Azad has to do something about commercial breaks also, They are so long during movie breaks are serials that one can perform the reproduction task in the meantime. ;-) Even if he/she can't finish, he/she will better select to finish the task, rather then watching serials again..

people who have heard Mr Azad or people who have received his message or mostly educated lower middle class upward population of India. Target for idea are poor people are not media savy. For this poor people indulging in sex is itself an entertainment before dozing of to sleep. Therefore honourable minister should come out with some radical plan to reach lowest starta of our society.Education & entertainment should reach as two in one approach to the poorest people of our country to control our population.
