Let Govt. give some incentives for those who indulge in masturbation. Or add some medicines that causes impotency in indian made foreign liquor. Definitely birth control will happen.
does Mr Azad have some sexual problem? or he is over of that stage? he is finding innovative methods for population growth. but go with the statistical data, which race is producing more? and does he have any agenda for Rahul Gandhi, after he get married?
It's good that Azad is focussing on population.He realises that it's quality verses quantity.one should be able to quality education ,life to thier offsprings rather than producing them and allowing them becoming anti social elements.Every one who produce and cannot look after their kids and allowing them succumb to anti social activities should be punished and a provision shoulds be included in CRPC.
