give real education to mass not reel education. Give needy subsidy not to zender.
But is the minister not aware of power failures, cable operators woes, etc.? What would the couple do if there is a power failure? To avoid sex you need TV running every night, but to have sex power cut one night is more than enough! We expect a central minister to be more sensible and prudent. Poor Azad, let him try his trick with his wife.
He dont have the guts to tell his community to stop over production.
TV,Mobile phones and Internet have only increased extra marital relations.
In 1998 Highly literate Kerala became number 1 in Alchahol consumption.Reason,mothers and wifes started to watch stupid serials and by 6 in the evening all grown males of the family will walk out of the house Sit in bars or small hotels,who serve drinks illegally.
People who does more sex are more healthier than the ones who have lesser sex.
Here sex is not the problem, people are ignoring about birth control. Why on earth poor will control the production as they knew more kids means more income.
Minister apper to have good experience.Will agricultyre Minister suggest for the countrymen to have a round in malls to quench the thirst,need for clothings etc.

MAKE COMPEL A COUPLE SHOULD HAVE ONLY ONE CHILD. OR ELSE GIVE GOVT JOB WHO DOES NOT HAVE CHILD.THIS IS BEST RULE YOU CAN MAKE.
If you mean rural areas, they wont get tired by merely watching television, they have enough stamina to go for a ride in bed.
In rural areas you give your Rs. 3 Kg rice to whom who have only 1/2 kids.
Stop all the child labour in fields and all kinds of industries including restaurants, farms, household maids.
Complete willfull prohibition to child labour can bring a change baby. Here you cannot do anything except the whole loksabha has to take a stand and come out with laws of stringent punishment including parents, employers and neighbours who are ignoring this problem.
