Hello Mr.Arun, I have 3 yrs of experience in IT field(Business Analysis) and got my H1b approval last may 2007 and expecting interview in the month of dec/jan-2008. One of my friend started his IT company in bangalore(3months old) which has plan to open office in US.He is asking me to help his business towards providing Business analysis work and also I have IBM offer with me.
Is it any problem will create if i joined my friend IT startup company instead of IBM?.

HI, My company in india is sending me to US on B1/B2 visa.Iam going to do some IT installations in the client site.The client company has shown interest towards me in recruiting.My question is can the client file a change of status application from B1 to H1-B(after 3 months of my entry to US).
Hi, My Sister is in US on H4, now in mid Oct 07 she said, she will be getting H1 visa and in the 1st week of Nov she is planing to come to India.. If she comes here without any employment/sponsor there in US. She says she will not be able to go back to US on H1. H1 visa will automatically be updated as H4 visa. Is there any possiblility to postpone the recieval of H1 Visa??
I need information on H1 visa transfer. Here are the details..
I joined Company A in India during June 2003 and got my H1B stamped in Jan 2004 which was valid till Oct 2006. In Feb 2006, I travelled to US and came back to India in March 2007. In the meanwhile, my employer extended my H1 until Jun 2009 while I was in US. But for that petition, stamping is not done.
In April 2007, I quit Company A & joined Company B which has a base in US. Please let me know whether my H1B can be transferred to Company B.
