Hello, I have H1B visa which will expire on August 2007. But I never travelled to US using that visa. Recently I took one B1 visa. That time they cancelled my H1B visa. So is it possible for my company to apply for a new H1B visa?
I am a plain graduate (BA - Pass). I have been working for last 12 years in services industry (hotel, sales & travel). But no job I have done for more then 02 years in India. How can I find employer in US?? Will I be eliagble to apply.
I hae stayed in the US for 4 years and returned back to India on Aug 2006. Normally H1B is given for 6 years. Should I have to wait for 1 year to reaply for a fresh H1.

I have applied for H1-B visa by my employer in US. Since the visa will be issued in oct-nov i would like to known whether in the mean time can I take new job in INDIA for the remaining period. Will that create any problem during visa interview ?
