L1 B Visa - 221(g)
by on Mar 10, 2007 02:21 PM

Sir, I know the discussion is about H1B, but i am desperately seeking someone to answer my question.
I had a L1B-221(g) rejection in June 2006, now the consolete came back and told me that i can re-apply for a regular visa - L1R Individual within 1 year and i dont havt to schedule a appointment.
I have now applied for L1R thru my current employer, will the earlier rejection have any impact on my new application?
Thanks for your time.

PATHAK NAYANBHAI
16 years of education
by PATHAK NAYANBHAI on Mar 09, 2007 08:12 PM

I have an educational qualification of 15 years that is 10 2 3.I have also specialized technical skill with 8 years total experience, and as per my knowledge it%u2019s very hot in the US. Now I had applied for the H-1 through one consultant, also got offer letter from them but afterwards they canceled the process as saying INS requirement is 10 2 3 1. I have also read from your previous mail%u2019s answer that %u201C3 years of experience is equated to 1 year of education%u201D. Please guide me, what are my chances for getting H-1B? or do I need to finish 1 year of study as required by INS?
