Congress and the media may project cabinet as a mix of experience & youth but in real fact it is extension of the dynastic rule by the congress, just have a look at the so called young brigade, they all are sons and daughters of the ex ministers or ex cheif ministers. Further all congress loyalists whether they are in civil services or in politics, they are rewarded with ministerial berths. It is just an eye wash by the congress and their freinds in media to project congress as party with ethics and concern for youth. No consideration is given to capability. JAI HO CONGRESS AUR ENGLISH MEDIA. As an Indian I am not worried who gets cabinet berths but are we in safe hands, whether we are safe with inaction towards the terrorists and their masters, appeasment policies and corruption at all levels.

perfectly said..i dont why people think congress as a youth party ..every youth person projected in a congress party is son or daughter of ministers and its interesting to think rahul as PM as he was into active politics for only one year..may be his decisions worked in last elections..but isnt it too early to call him PM..?

what you said is probably right.. but the problem how many of our youths without political background is in the politics? The family is coming up a big way... see it everywhere, bollywood heroes and heroins, corporate bosses and even doctors want their son/daughter to be doctors... Probably what is wrong is our traditional Indian family type... It's time to say bye-bye to our traditional family types, only then this napotism is going to stop...

It is clear that congress is continuing on the path to dominate in the next election ... they have done a good job overall but need to regain their dominance in Karnatk, Gujarat, more seats in TN, UP and so they have chosen from these states. The key portfolios will go to highly qualified people. Raja ... this is necessary step to appease DMK ... these are the political realities.
