UP neglected
by Akram on May 28, 2009 10:35 AM  | Hide replies

Congress revival in UP happened due shifting of muslim Brahmin votes towards congress. Salman Khursheed deserves to be a cabinet minister together with Jaiswal nut both made as MoS(Independent) while a person like Azhagiri,Raja was made cabinet minister. Maran should have been the case in 2004 but he has prooved his ability as a minister.

No, the shifting of Brahmin votes to the Congress is a major event for the party. This could be the curtain raiser for H1ndus starting to vote for the Congress again.

For the past 20 years, Congress has depended on you people and see what horrible shape they were in. You guys are blackmailers and perennial cry babies.

Congress has realized this and now will continue the sound policy of appeasing H1ndus,S1khs,Ja1ns,Buddh1sts and Tr1bals(all indics) like before.

This victory for the Congress is thanks to us 1nd1cs and not you minorities.

Congress has come back to its senses.

as per your observation H1ndus start voting for congress not mus1ims. It is noted that 6 Brahmin Cabinet ministers were indcuted Joshi,Sharma,Deora,Mukherjee, chatterjee,Sibal etc.

what about your favourite BJP have you ditched it.

Always most backward state get more ministers
by Speed on May 28, 2009 10:23 AM  | Hide replies

Tamil naidu gets 9 ministers because it is most bckward state, because
It follows 70% reservation even though supreme court capped reservation to 50%.
It depends on central govt. for funds because it is highly corrupted and only one family rules TN even at age of 85
It provides rice at 2rs/kg and the rice is not meant for cooking.
It provides free TV so that people cannot progress because people watch TV and forget their basic work, due to which DMK family will progress well.
It provides healthcare to rich class people.
It creates employment within state but people go in search of jobs in gulf, far east and other cities in India.
The CM always wears tainted glass because his party symbol is Sun, the sun will never set for him.

This is media who split people on religion. The cabinet is based on talent and not on religion. Renu Mittal has no other job than counting the ministors of different religions.
This is a scrap article posted by Rediff.

While a person with clean image/experience/effective doesnt get cabinet berth because of political compulsion is really disguisting. I cant speak for other but the choice of ministers from south should have been more from AP where 33 MP were elected. KA gets 4 berths simply because it is ruled by BJP.
Also DMK getting 3 cabinet berths one is the son and another one is Grandson a loyal d0g.
The selection on Napoleon is most horrible as he knows only to dance in films at the cost of other experienced MPs.

AP has always benn taken granted. I am happy what the Centre has done to AP. The MPs are there to just put their thum impression on What centre says. The MPs from the state dont have self respect. It is a good reward by the Congress who used the state to get power. they deserve it.

It's 33 this time. Next time it will be tough to get even 3 because of the injustice.

I thought Undavalli Arun Kumar and Rayapati Sambasiva Rao (both in the good books of Sonia) would be make it to the Cabinet.

Is it YSR's ploy to scuttle the growth of his fellow Congressmen in the State? Even looking at his own cabinet in the State, one gets a feeling that he is on his way to finish of his detractors or those perceived to threaten his seat.

Loksabha Members elected from Andhra Pradesh are unable to speak fluently in Hindi.
As a result, these members are not effectively communicating public issues in the Parliament.

Government of Andhra Pradesh must train their Loksabha Members in speaking fluent Hindi so that their credibility increases among their peers in Parliament.

You are a real jerk. I have been observing most of your remarks are crap only. What ever you comment is a jerk. Is it necessary to speak hindi to become a minister. For your kind information telugu people can speak and understand hindi more than any other keralites (I appolozise to karlaites, please do not take it abusive)and tamils. kannadigas also are more fluent in hindi then thses two. Most interestingly do our Finance minister Mr. Pranab Murkhaji (Great leader of congress) is fluent in hindi. Remember his episode with Lalu Yadav what he sid in his rally about Lalu and then appolozised accepting his hndi is poor. Mr. New york develpo your knowledge then give your remarks

Shame on congress party in AP
by janaki on May 28, 2009 08:48 AM  | Hide replies

Shame on congress party in AP. A state with 33 MPs has no important ministry n cabinet berths..

really it is very very sad to see congress party always ignores AP. States like TN and karnataka though has less MPs elected got good cabinet berths...

AP people are really useless...congress party always cheats AP and neglects..the primary reason like NTR entering to polictics is because of this..when will the congress party learn this?

soon Congress party will loose its ground in AP...beware that people are changing and observing the injustice done to AP.

Cabinate formation and representation is not a national issue but a rather petty regional and party politcs issue. Its better BJP kept mum on it but they need to open mouth on Srilankan Tamil issue, Nepal developments, National security, and Swiss bank money issue sooner than later.
