we wish to see more enlightened people join the mainstream politics, than be on the sidelines. much rather see these people than scumbags with illegal mines, or unscrupulous businessmen. we need men who can stand up and fight for our nation!

this election was a thuming defeat for local outfits who were chancing to feast on the riches !

First of all congratutlations to shashi on this fantastic achievement..But at teh same time its time for retrospection for teh people of Kerala to see why ....a person from nowhere has come and set this record and not one of their own people ...I am sure if you dig in you will find a good Keralite who is strong enough to run for this position and do justice for teh God own Country.Better luck next time...For the time being God luck Mr. Shashi T.

Nowhere? yoiu mean Planet Venus?Shashi was not born in Kerala, thats all. He has roots in Kerala. His grandma is in Palghat, he has business in Trivandrum and contrary to what is mentioned in this article, he can speak better malayalam, much better than the homegrown TV VJs.
