Magic Figure!
by Sankara Narayanan on May 08, 2009 10:15 AM

The framers of the constitution had very good intentions. But they could never imagine the extent of crimilisation of politics!. that one day parliament will be populated by substantial number with criminal records , or mikes and other missiles will be used during "discuasion"Only hope is to reframe the constitution in the light of 60 yrs of experience . But alas it will remain only a hope. politions will never want to change it for obvious reasons !

272 is not magical number.
by Ravindra Yadav on May 08, 2009 10:12 AM

There should be haunt for a better system to govern the country.Inspite of millions expenditure we find undeserving men sitting in the Parliament throwing shoes, mike on each other, taking bribes for questions, and so many filthy scenes we saw in side Parliament. It is the democracy of crows who drive away swans.

A Deadwood Political Doctrine called the Indian Constitution
by sagar ganguli on May 08, 2009 10:09 AM

I think the Indian Constitution is as fundamental as Marxism. Both are regarded as sacrosanct and therefore cannot be altered. SC judgment that the basic structure cannot be changed still holds good. Hence an expert committee formed for recommneding changes had failed to implement their ideas of change. Like Marxism it is also full of contradictions. First Yes and it is immediately followed by nay. But the greatest contribution of the constitution is the creation of a strong possibility of a hung House in a post poll situation. State assemblies are prorogued but the Lok Sabha is not. So it spawns a market economy in MP Bazar. MPs auction themselves off to the highest bidder to fulfill their holi task of Govt formation.

post poll
by india bol on May 08, 2009 10:04 AM  | Hide replies

post poll alliance should be banned. only pre-poll alliance should be allowed. if you look at it carefully you will see that it will evantually make only 2-3 parties before election as everyone would like to be one or the other alliance... whoever would have max seats will make govt and cannot get away in between 5 years.

Questions for Sonia Parivar
by Ram Sharma on May 08, 2009 10:01 AM  | Hide replies

1) Sonia Parivar is using fake surname of Gandhi. Indira married Feroze Khan, but started writing Feroze & Indira Gandhi. It was a big fraud on the nation, which is still continuing. Now Priyanka is married to a 'Vadera', but she also likes to use the same fraud surname. Why Indira & Sonia did not use surnames of their respective fathers (Nehru & Maino), but Priyanka is trying to do so?

2)When many major countries r pressurising Swiss govt for giving bank account details, why their govt is not doing so? Instead u r criticising BJP for raising this issue. Does it mean that u yrself hv lot of money in Swiss banks?

3) Why Afzal is being not hanged as per SC order? His hanging would hv been a warning to the terrorists.

4) Why Pota was removed? Why after 26/11 did u feel to hv a strong law again?

5) Why r u with DMK, who were earlier attacked by yr party as sympathisers of Rajiv killers?

6) Why do u criticise Left during elections and then take their help in running the govt?

7) Why did u not give a Loksabha ticket to MMS, whom u r projecting as PM candidate? Is it not disrespect to the parliamentary democracy?

8) Why r u ruling by remote control without any responsibility?

9) Why do u not promote young people other than Rahul & Priyanka for the top post of PM?

One correction,

Priyanka Gandhi is married to "Robert Vadra", a Roman Catholic of European origin (Portugal or Italy).

English Media has given a Hindu mask to Robert/Priyanka as "Vadhera" (a Punjabi surname). This is to create another confusion like people still think that Sonia Gandhi is Hindu, although she is a hard core Roman catholic.

Answers
1. Every one has rights to use Gandhi Name, even you. You can change to "Ravana Sharma"
2. BJP never took action on the 5 years rule . Simply vote politics after Lefts rised.
3. We are rising voice against Paki Govt to not hang our "Singh" there. They hold his hang. India doing the same. If we hang, they will hang "Singh".
4. POTA used by Central govt in right way, but illegal use by state govt to arrest innocent leaders like VAIKO.
5. SC itself declared DMK is not the culprits in rajivs.
6. Its better to have Cow(LEFT), having snake(BJP). Cow will give milk and kick the owner itself, but snake always kills.
7. TO Show th power of Rajya Shabha.
8. BJP ruling with the remote control of RSS and Sangh Parivaars. This is better than thoses terrorists. Sonia not a terrorist.
9. a 100% false statement. In TN, youth congress man of 30 years of age got seat to contest.

According to Congress:-

Afzal Guru is patriot , Baghat Singh/Sadvi are terrorist
Afzal Guru ko maafi Sadvi ko faansi
Allah is god ,Ram is fictional character.
SIMI ,IM are social service org ,RSS,VHP are terror org.
Kerala CPM declared 4000RS pension for madrsaa teachres from temple funds
genocide of tamils= srilanka's internal problem
Great sivaraj patil compares azfal hanging with common Indian (Sabarjit singh ) in pak. Afzal is human ,Sabarjit is traitor.

Godra Train carnage is accident ,gujarat riots are preplanned .
15% mu slims are human ,85% hind us are insects.
Supporting Majority (80 crores hind us) is Communal ,20 crores mu slims are minority (lol population of USA)
Malegaon blasts are only blasts ,other blasts are not at all blasts ,just they are diwali crackers.

5 mu slims died in malegaon are important ,1000s died in other blasts are not important.

reservations for mu slims ,bomb blasts for hind us.

crores of money for Haj pilgrims, nothing for amarnath pilgrims ,allotting 2 acres land in kashmir is blunder.

supporting islamic terrorist is secularism ,killing Indians is patriotism .

babri masjid is issue(which is actually a ram temple) , 100's of hind u temples demolished that is development.

If mu slims die it is killing ,if hind u dies it is fate.

hind us should follow rules ,mu slims no need to obey common civil code.

Sikhs getting slaughered in thousands = A MISTAKE.
hind us getting killed in Kashmir = Political problem.
mu slims getting killed by a few hundred = Holocaust.
Poor protestors getting shot in WB under Left Govt = Misunderstanding.

Banning Parzania in Gujarat = Communal.
Banning Da Vinci Code and Jo Bole So Nihaal = Secular.

Kargil Attack = Government failure.
Chinese invasion in 1962 = Unfortunate betrayal.

Reservations in every school and college on caste lines = Secular. Reservations in Minority institutions = Communal.

Fake encounters in Gujarat [Sohrabuddin] = BJP Communalism.
Fake encounters under Cong-NCP in Maharashtra [Khwaja Younus] = Police atrocity.

Talking about hind us and hind uism appeasment = Communal. Talking about mu slims and Islam = Secular.

BJP freeing 3 terrorists to save 100 Indian hostages = Shameful
Congress freeing 4 militants to save just a life of one daughter of I Home minister in Kashmir [Rubina Sayed] = Natural Political dilemma.

Attack on Parliament = BJP ineptitude. Not hanging Afzal Guru the mastermind despite Supreme Court orders = Humanity and Political dilemma.

BJP questioning Islam = Communal. Congress questioning Lord Ramas existance = Clerical Error.

Why should public money be spent on reelections!!!!!!
by ritesh sharma on May 08, 2009 09:54 AM  | Hide replies

There are many candidates contesting from more than 2 places and also sitting MLA/MLCs contesting. These people will have to give up one seat and there will be elections for those. Why shoudl public money be spent for those reelections? The re-election cost should be borne by the political parties and not the public exchequer. Also we need to amend the constitution, to avoid such re-elections...Maybe it needs a big campaign to save the public resources...
