DMK only Choice
by tamil on May 08, 2009 12:20 PM  | Hide replies

DMK develops but AIADMK lives under DMK's development shadows ...

DMK If not patnered with Congress will win 100%.. just bcos of Congress & Anti Tamil sure they will loose major seats in this election...

AIADMK Cheif JJ was completely against FDI... If she comes sure TN will be a mere villiage like Orisa or Bihar...

politicians,age 58 yrs. and over
by shaukat parvez on May 08, 2009 12:12 PM  | Hide replies

All the politicians after the age of 58 yrs. must retire as the very same government retires the cream of the society like doctors engineers , scientists and top executives, technocrats because they are supposed to be mentally and physically incompetent of doing the job they have been doing for past 30-35 years. Then how on earth the politicians of 58 plus years can be trusted to run the country.Wake up Indians , throw out the oldies who are officially mentally incapable to do the most importan job.

I do agree...When govt & pvt employees retire either at 58 or 60..why shd the ministers,MP's and MLA's who are above this age cap be allowed to rule our nation and states... When they make law for others, who is going to make law for them... I go one step further they should have post graduate qualification to run the country and state as applicable to employees in govt & private organizations.. The constitution has to reframed... Goons, uneducated, physically unfit persons and person above 58/60 should not be allowed to enter assembly, loksabha and rajayasabha and also for the post of president...

goonda,cheat,murderer,lier,drunkered,
womaniser, thump impression to prove that he cont read in the court, terryfying look, good eater, ram temple goer, cow urine drinker etc.

Sorry people
by Rudran on May 08, 2009 12:02 PM  | Hide replies

Sorry guys....you have to stay poor. There is no other option....thats the law of the land.
The Rich always get richer, since they know how to handle money....the poor always stay poor since they haven't even seeen money to start with.
Politicians are not going to help you.
Either you keep staying poor for generations to come or die. Its your fate.
Good luck.

If India has free access to fire weapons, would you think that will make these poor people life any better as that would mean the politicians and goonda life in danger...If chinese weapons are imported in large quantities, would it help? After all, a politician life is equal to the commoner life and fire arms don't distinguish between them...The politicians need to do something quicker, otherwise I foresee a big social unrest in India sooner where all the unpopular politicians instead of getting slapped may get killed/assassinated...Fear for life alone may keep the goondas and rogue people from entering politics arena and becoming public enemies...and would make them do good things to people. Ahimsa gave us freedom from Britishers but for Indian politicians I guess Himsa alone can work...as that has been proved from time immemorial by Ram, Krishna and Arjuna...in all over India's history...

Chase out these politician rascals
by jaychandar srinivasan on May 08, 2009 12:01 PM  | Hide replies

It is strange - what all is happening during election time. I am living in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu. There was severe power shortage for the past 2 years. For some time now, there is no more power cut. I am amazed how they can do this just during election time - and not before. Look at the drama they play with Srilankan issue. None of them have stepped out in that soil. If not real help, they should not make use of this to gain popularity. The CM of Tamil Nadu is posing during the so called "fast" with his two wives. For money and power they will go to any extreme - like falling sick.
These politicians are third rate rascals and they deserve nothing less than being chased and beaten up in public. They have no shame. We are too democratic and very forgetful. But, one thing is for sure. We are only electing such people and then screaming for help. It is high time we stopped eating rice, watching TV and do something productive- like throwing these politicians out of your homes when they step in. Just show them the door and make sure you bang it when they step out. Let them get the schock of their lives.

As long as people support any party this politicians will not do any work. How much money our MPS spend in our constituency for developmental work we should ask

ugly politicians & reservation policy
by raman alampallam on May 08, 2009 11:44 AM

even after 50 ys of independence, these politicians have not been able to eradicate poverty, leave apart the reservation policy. Dr. Ambedkar in fact wanted the reservation for a certain period of time to enable to the downtrodden to stand on their legs. But the so called politicians make a hue & cry of this and extend the same year to year even to the well off people in the weaker sections and the minorities. Minorities get the maximum benefits and the mileage for such reservations goes to politicians. When are they going to stop this and have a well civilised society in India. God save all of us.

KUTTAIAH KUTTAIAH
Congress
by KUTTAIAH KUTTAIAH on May 08, 2009 11:32 AM

Earlier years Congress stood for propriety. In case they did not have the numbers they walked out. They went to the people got the numbers and came back. Not now-Just for power they will align with anybody including possibly by meeting the outrageous demands of SP by sacking a democratically elected government. Rahul’s Press Conference was a flop-whatever one may try to make out of it-what came out strong and clear was we will align with any one to be in Power-including opponents of our present allies-read RJD/DMK/TC. If he did not have the foresight not to offend his allies how can he have the vision of a PM? The chingadies are doing him more harm touting him as PM at this young age and when he is not even ready so that their short term gains can be met by being on the right side of the Powers that be.

by srinivasan chandrasekaran on May 08, 2009 11:31 AM

yes.dmk should get the credit for rowdisam and goondayisam in politics;forcorruption;for giving free/ cheap items for vote sake;for changing sides in politics.how many times they were with congress/communists or against them;for being example of opportunists as they enjoyed the power and sucked till the end with BJP but now they talk communalism, secularism and about babar masjid;for indecent politics. how indecent they spoke about kamaraj, indiragandhi, rajaji, moopanar and others. but shameless congressfellows forgot all these for vote;now karunanidhi run the party onlt for his family.stalin-minister and party treasurer;marans-central minister;kanimozhi-MP;Alagiri-MP[waiting].karunanidhi dream is to make all his sons, daughters, grantsons and grant daughters through his four wifes as state and central ministers.[thank god, only four]To fulfil his dream and in the same way to make sonia family too, they ask our votes.nobody can save our country
