It is amazing how Brahmins are a sought after group at least in Elections in UP. In Tamil Nadu the plight of Brahmins is worse han jews in Hitlerite Germany.hey are worse off than Muslims .Poor Brahmins have nowhere o go.Education is denied on forward caste basis.No jobs.No State support.Driven out of their traditiona avocations.Property belomgings are not safe.Muslims have replaced Brahmins in most ares in amil Nadu.They have the money. So the story of UP is quite different when even Mayawai has to seek Brahmin support to beat he Yadavs. India is no a modern state where real issues are discussed.This election shows we are barbaric,horribly divided by casre and religion.Hindus will never unite so this confusion will continue. I will be a much better if a stong BJP comes to power and cuts out these divisions and pushes for a modern State where everyone has equal rights.Time do this as post Nehru drift is cosing us dearly.

Tamil Brahamins were preferred over Cobra when the question of killing choice was asked. This was never in UP. But it doesnt mean that they were less crooked and cunning. You may read the report of Prof Udai Veer who is chairman ( Perhaps Dalit commission) and Prof Yogendra Yadav who did work on media and communication on the role of brahmins and upper cast there. Media is dominated to the extent of 75% and shows only that which it is pallatable to them. Govt key jobs to the extent of 90% by brahimins. Prof Udai Veer has seen more that half the world but still he would not be allowed to sit on his own cot in front of Brahamin in his village. That's what I heared from his mouth on media interview. Dr BR Ambedkar, the great man who wrote our constitution, had to change his religion from Hindu to Budha just before death. We Indians have to get rid of our religious weaknesses and BE INDIAN FIRST and stop manipulations of society based on caste , creed and religion.
One's country is above religion is true for anybody. Whatever voting decision shall favour prosperity and development of Nation shall be a natural guidelines and should be put on top of any other sentiments of cast, creed, and religion devide. Swamy Ramdev has been asking people to vote for less corrupt among corrupts and the person who will do good for nation. The party who shall bring back Swiss Bank money for the development of the Nation. The latter may not be easy but a fair and constant efforts are must. We have to think like an Indian , keeping our religious faith and philosophy at our home. This is the only way to eliminate the corrupts from the crowed of polling booths. If we do not get united on this way which sellects good even from the ideology we may not like, we are going to MISS THE TRAIN FOR FIVE YEARS provided that the ellected government lasts that long. Think about the country not the community nor cast nor the religion.

why cant people unite as tax payers to eliminate these pity votebank politics in name of cast ,creed and religion.....so please write an article to unite the mass of people as tax payers its a better stick than vote which they will forget after election but if we unite as tax payer we can beat them every year for their incompetiency...so more and more people join this union more and more voices will be heard and more will be willing to pay tax rather than hide....if i am assured that a better aminities and infrastructure, i will be more than willing to pay tax happily.....so unite as taxpayers and pay tax ....isnt a better option for us . Our constitutional rights of voting do not put any conditions except eligibility and nationality the basic criterion to be met. Your logic is good but it deprives more that 60% voters their fundamental rights of constitution and would require its ammendment in Parliament which I doubt is possible. You have to educate masses, like Swami Ramdev is doing by making about 16 categories of profession: right from common man to professionals which constitute groups at lifferent levels covering thousands of villges and cities of this country. Very shortly this movement will start producing crops of honest people determined to serve nation. I expect the fruit of this tree in next five year election.

Muslims in India are really blessed...due to vote bank politics many parties are supporting them...because to this they are enjoying many facilities under minority quota...and to be honest India is safe place for them when compared to their so called nations (Pak and Afgan) where muslims are killing muslims...and still Indian muslims crib for everything. However minorities in country like PAK and AFGAN have no political support..no political party consider them as votebanks...which some Indian political party should learn from them..and care for the well being go Majority...

Shirdi Sai is considered to be a muslim but still worshipped by many hindus and he is considered to be equal to many hindu gods.. Show me any other religion who worships a saint of other religion.

Maximum votes of Muslims go to Congress - 30%,BJP gets - 7% Muslim votes due to branding BJP as anti Muslims by other parties, the day the ratio changes, scene will be different, otherwise time is not far away, when Muslims will feel, that they are best protected by BJP only.
