They have issues in India. They blame second class treatment for their underdevelopment. Never mind that they have special rights in India. In Europe they have problems because they are unable to "fit" in with the society. Never mind they themselves emigrated to Europe. They fight in Mushlim majority democratic countries(See Pak,Afghanistan,Iraq). Only place they do not fight is countries that are ruled by iron fist. Like Iraq under Saddam, Iran under mullahs, Saudis under Al-Sauds. So if you want peace do not listen to Mushlims. Crush them. That is the only system they understand and like. See Gujrat. There are no riots after the massive backlash there.

Indori Baba, i fully endorse your view & add as under: i)Whenever muslim population of the country remain about 1-2%, they are peace loving minority (see usa,australia,canada,china,italy etc.) ii) when their population becomes 2-3%they begin to proselytise from other ethnic minorities (denmark, germany, uk, spain, thailand etc.) iii) From 5% onward they will push for halal, will work to get govt. to allow them to rule themselves under sharia (france,sweden, switzerland, holland etc.) iv)when their population reaches around 10% they will increase lawlessness as a means about thier condition. Any non-muslim action tat offenf islam will result in threats, uprisings (india, isreal, russia, kenya etc) v) After reaching 20%, expect hair-trigger rioting,jihad militia formation, temple/church burning (ethiopia).vi) At 40%, you will find widepread massacres, chronic terror attaches, milicia warfare (bosnia, chad, lebanon etc.) vii)From 60%, unfettered persecution of non-belivers, genocide,jazia etc(albania,malaysia,qatar,sudan etc.) viii) after 80%, expect state run ethnic cleasing & genocide (Bangladesh egypt gaza, indonesia, pakistan, syria etc. ix) 100% will usher in 'Dar-es-Salaam' - Islamic house of peace. There is supposed to be peace as everybody is muslim, but NO, to satisfy their blood lust they will start killing each other (afganistan, saudi arabia, somalia etc.) This is the actual face of Islam.

to modernize and bring change in muzlims- they are living in a catch 22 situation that has been imposed on them for 1400 years. If they live according to democratic rules and one law under Supreme court, they violate the Quronic laws, and if they live according to Quronic laws- you have Talibanization.
So, damned if they do, damned if they don't! Best if muzlims only decide that their religion does not fit with 21st century Science and Human values, and reject and get more secular.
When that happens cows will fly (actually, the saying is when pi gs fly, but rediff will flag my post!).

All religions are MAN MADE. They are creations of IMAGINATIVE MINDS with VESTED INTEREST. The individuals tell stories to gullible people without any EVIDENCE, and the gullible people BELIEVE. However, it is amazing that even EDUCATED PEOPLE ARE ADAMANT and OPPOSE FOR THE SAKE OF OPPOSING (it is more an ego issue than a rational view point).
It is SURPRISING that God only SPREAD RELIGION thru these so called messengers. He did not bother to send the message of CHEMISTRY, PHYSICS and OTHER USEFUL AND CREATIVE subjects. He left all the HARD SUBJECTS for humans to figure it out.
Looks like GOD took the easy way out.
It is one thing to have rational curiosity about BEYOND EARTH, and BEYOND LIFE, it is another to BELIEVE in all kinds of stupid messages perpetuated by these RELIGIOUS LEADERS.

I am in full agreement with your assessment. I am a cultural Hindu1, that has 6000 years of continuous Vedic way of life, and freedom to interpret, with out getting shackled to silly limitations. I recommend to all to see Bill Maher's RELIGULOUS movie-documentary. You can Google it and see on internet for free.
I just want India to retain her rich Vedic traditions, and I am afraid the Abrahamic intolerant faiths are trying hard to uproot those rich traditions. I am not a nutty religious person.

Did you see yesterday's news where Shakarachaya has asked SC to put a ban on party's promissing the construction of Ram Temple. He said that it is not their work to construct Mandir /Masjid but to provide a better governance . First time a religiious leader has talked a very sensible thing.

The entire Brahmin population of India is less than 1%, compare that to xtians- 6%, and muzlims, 20%. So, how can Brahmins take over a party? Do not be a silly alarmist. Majority of Hindus1 just do not want to rake up the Ayodhya issue, people are prudent enough to avoid nutty religious riots. So chill out man. Go watch some old MGR movies.
Congress (I) has ruled this country for long years without any significant development. It talks a lot on poor people, keep them still poor and used to rule.Now it has adopted a tactical policies and talking about youngs to gain power. It has cared everything to retain all nonHindu votes.It looks like the first and foremost communal party . Most worst are the political adoptations being used used by Rahul Gandh..at 39 age. In past he gave a long speech on nuclear deal and couldn’t explain what is IAEA !Surprisingly C(I) has made it like a Delhi college election.C(I) is famous in making by-door PM/leaders.We need clear and strong good people in centre .Really we shouldn’t vote to Congress(I) until it truly become democratic, free of fake Gandhis and when it stops dividing society on base of caste,religious and occupational issue.

The Hindu Urban middle class believes that Muslims are unpatriotic haters of India and the hindu religon. This is in exact and opposite variance with my actual experience. Middle class muslims are as patriotically indian as anyone and far from hating Hinduism play holi and diwali as our guests and live in harmony.

Islamm came to india through Khilzies in around 9th century. Whatever muslims invaders came here whether Mohmd Gauri or Gaznavi or later Baber did not bring entre muslims from abroad but forced the local population who were taxed for being Hindu or converted for some petty gains or they got converted due to attrocities of so called upper cast Brahamins who did not allow them to temples. Basically, Muslims of India are Hindu by origin who got conveted due to some or other reason. still there are families in Rajasthan having one Hindu and another brother muslim. In maharashtra too, there are some surnames common with both Hindu and muslims. British divided us because we did not bind strong enough due to lack of education in muslims who were not very flexible for religious faith and tedious and regidness of Hindus to reconvert to Hinduism. Shivaji was strong enough to convert and give his daughter in marriage to one of his relatives. Our first freedom fighter who sacrificed his four sons, Bahadur Shah Jafer, was a partiotic Indian. There are innumerable number of muslims who sacrificed their life and were hanged by British to earn this freedom. Moulana Abul Kalam Azad was very patritic Indian and so does our ex President Kalam. History is fullof such names who never bothered to be called Muslim because their faith was at their home and country was above their faith. All those who try to tear this fabrick should think. Politicians want us to be divided. Beware of this fact.
Dear All! I know. shifting is one thing and dreaking by design when there is a case in the court is another. In your heart of heart you cannot believe that exactly on the place of temple that mosque was made. some body made up the story then this happened and it has cost India so many lives. The Hindu community should have sat down with muslims for a dialogue. Big brother attitude marred every thing.

You may be right in saying that the mosque may not have been built at the exact place. But do you deny the fact that mughals destroyed several temples and forced people to convert to islam? I read some (self proclaimed muslim scholars) saying that the structure cannot be called a mosque because of the presence of the idol. I think muslims are tactically wrong too in clinging to that place which has effectively polarised the two religions in the country. I used to treat religion as a private affair. In fact, I came out of the RSS in my high school days when they could not give me a proper reply as to why we cannot have human unity as the objective rather than hindu unity which is also practically impossible. I think, there is no significant difference between BJP and Conparty led by the DON in terms of policies. But the statements made by the PM in recent times including when a muslim was arrested by a foreign govt on suspected charges of terror. Does the govt. here not arrest hindus or muslims and still fail to prove the charges? What does he mean by first right which is different from equal right? Despite being in power for 80% of the time, why is the state of the country it is today? I think, it will be wise and in the interests of the country to ensure that the DON goes back to Italy and enjoys in the company of Q. Think.

When you want equal rights you must also accept equal responsiblity. Remember this is not Pakistan or Bangladesh where minority is denied basic right. Here everybody is eqaul. Then where does the question of minority arise? Also, it is legacy of Izlamic conquest to build their worship place on the place of existing temple by destroying it so that the faith of non-beleivers is completely destroyed. The destructions are well documented by their own people as acheivements. Even Ayodhya is such a case.
