Why good people are in Congress?????
by raju on Apr 14, 2009 12:03 PM  | Hide replies

Many of well known citizens are being supporting Congress....

Its because we have seen BJP and its allies always commenting on minorities and even BJP is condemning on hate speeches, its really need to to think.

So called majority people thinks that Cogress are supporting minority for vote bank politics, its totally untrue, if it is this scinario congress wouldn't have won last election and form the govt.

Congress is national party and its duty to look at every citizens of india. this is the reason it will support minorities as well as mejorities...

Now, just think why BJP is communal, its clear, they are totally against minorities, beacaese if some hate speech come from X-person it shuold condemn, but it fails to do.

Congress is atleast far better than BJP.

Well said Raju. The article makes lot of fuss about a non-issue and raises baseless fears. Mr.Srinivasan there are lots more Shashi can do for the country than naming Airports appropriately. Hindus are the obvious majorities in our country and definitely not powerless. They for sure enjoy lots of privilege due to their sheer majority. Its the duty of the governemnt to look after the issues of the minorities with greater care and make sure that they dont feel out of place.

To call a spade a spade and a jack a jack doesn't mean to be totally against something.

And in elections where not even half the population comes out to vote, winning doesn't mean majority support. And congress didn't even had a clear mandate. If not for post-poll alliances, made with a clear view to not let go off the investment made in elections, it would have been a hung parliament.

So now it may be given a thought why only partial picture is reported and not all stories go through media? Why a view has to be taken as a hate speech? What if there is a ground reality that is not being publicised?

Do not analyze if you dont know how to evaluate facts.

Insulting hinduism is not good which is often done by congress to appease mus$lims.

Hate speach like "if u hurt me I will hurt you" is hard to be punished. Then 90% people in india will go to jail.

None of the maulavis will be outside.

"He looks good in a well-cut suit. The average Indian foreign minister looks like a bumbling rustic in that ridiculous invention, the Nehru jacket -- which, alas, accentuates their standard attributes: pot-bellies and chicken-legs."
FROM THE ABOVE WE CAN COME TO THE CONCLUSION THAT RAJEEV WHATSISNAME IS A RACIST ARMANI LOVING PATHETIC SOD. grow up sreenivas there is more to politics than
"Clean cut suits" it seems u r so much in love with gora looks while you lament on the influence of christians in all that is wrong with india. what a laugh!!!! (im eager to know how sreenivas looks)

Dear Subhankar,

If you dont have any comment then leave this board, please. This is not a place for personal attack.

Dear Bishara,

Good point. Actually u know it is in our blood. Many people used to say when I was kid, "see the skin colour of Rajeev Gandhi, apple white, glittering. Ohhhhhhh"

This is our slavery attitude, we never go for quality.
