Cook was given out LBW in 4 matches because he was the danger man.So also patel. Some dubious decisions and no DRS helps average india to win matches.

Sad but true
by Akash Nair on Jan 25, 2013 06:36 AM  | Hide replies

If you look at it without prejudice, what Boycott said is absolutely true. We don't have absolutely any quality in our bowling department. Ashwin started off with a bang but lately he is looking pedestrian. If Jadeja is our main strike bowler then we have a serious dearth of talent. Batting looks good on paper but the hardly deliver.

Boycott cant digest that they lost oneday match. They still want old team continue to play so they beat india. If india make changes it will start winning in test one day and 20-20 match. He still supporting players but i think he is not saying with good idea.all world knows india has skilled players but the seletors not doing their job.india need to continue changes what they made oneday match...still dhoni should be changed from test cricket.it will give him brake.dont take advise from white people they want to spoil our team....

Chirag,

Probably, it burns you there when Boycott spoke the truth, which is why you attributed the same sense (of burning there) to Boycott too! Loser!

Come on Hari, you know this white guys. They find to humiliate winners when they are defeated. We have to react to that.

Anyway if Average Indian team can defeat English team means English team is even under average

IPL will burn them out
by Girish K on Jan 25, 2013 03:05 AM

Pakistan has a promising crop of pacers. India also has some. The difference is that IPL will burn the Indians out in a year or two. Look at Ishant.

What a BS

Good Leader is good leader no matter which format he leads? Sure your personal skill at particular format is either good or bad like he is a good oneday/t-20 batesman and bad in test. But that can't apply to leadership skill, if you are a good leader in ODI then must be good in Test and T-20 also it does not change whether you are a good batesman/bowler/wicket keeper or not for that particular format. For eg. Sachin is not a good leader in any format eventhough his skill set as a players is great for any format.

Dhoni is the best Indian captian, ever
by Gurjot Singh on Jan 25, 2013 02:36 AM

He took us to the top of the mountain when we reached zenith of T20, ODI and tests. We won the WC in most incedible manner.
WC triumph was foillowed by retirement and decline of several players who were among the greatest cricketers of history. Our bowling was always iffy and we ineviatbly lost several ODI and test series. Everyone blamed Dhoni despite the fact that we never lost because of his lack of performance and leadership ability. Even two weeks ago, everything looked bleak. However, because of Dhoni's effort and leadership -- India is back as a formidable power. We will vanquish Australia when they visit us. They are already having problem against SL.
It is time we show respect and gratitude to MS Dhoni.
