the team composition was totally wrong. when we have do not have pace bowlers and zaheer not in form we should have opted for either harbhajan or piush instead of balaji or zaheer. Moreover Sewag may be a great player but the way he got even a novice would have played a better shot. After having hit a six even a school boy would know to how to tackle the next ball. but with sewag's experience it was a heave and not in the team's welfare. I think no team after having won 5 games does not qualify for semifinals, India is an exception. It is high time Sehwag must be made to realise that every body in the team is dispensable
We have lost the road to semis , now the crticism comes from all over, media (who are fit for nthing) some former players, and pf course peopls. Guys , we have lost only one match but we are not in semis , Wow what a let down , but i guess India had played well but one match hit us the most.I guess our batting was a let down ...sehwag and gambhir

I know where they lost , In second match , they had a chance to finish the game quicklty with Pak in last owevers. at least they could have finished the game atleast 2 overs early being known that run rate matters a lot. And also batting with south Africa, they didn't take any risks to score high runs ( considering the expected target 190/200). Rohit, Raina, Dhoni they didn't go for shots/sixes. even they he went for 7 bathsmen/4 bowlers , the batting line up is wasted in first batting.
Well i think india was let down by its Batting....We always take indian batting for granted but to be very frank indian batting was very ordinary in this world t20... 1) with such powerful batting line up india should have podted a huge total against afghanistan but they didnt....other teams like WI and Newzealand have posted big totals in league matches
2) against England yes it was ok batting but still not the best...
3) against Aus once again a big let down...
4) against pakistan india should have played more aggresively and achieved the target under 15 overs...with such poweful batting line up...we can afford 129 for 5 in 14/15 overs rather than 129 for 2 in 17 overs.....run rate would have been different in chase under 15 overs....
5) against SA , again we needed good start upfront but once again they failed and thankc to contribution from raina and dhoni in the end but 152 was always going to be very difficult to contain as we know target was only 121....score of atleast 180 would have given a good chance for india with 148 to defend...
Overall i believe indian openers were fully responsible for indias eleimaination be it gambhir , sehwag or irfan plus Rohit sharma for taking too much time in the middle....raina and dhoni are coming too late.. Infact our bowlers were brilliant in the whole tournament except against aussies ( score was too low to defend against teamm like aussies)
Overall to me 80 % Batting failure cost us the early exit

I completely agree with you SAchin. it is poor planning in 2nd and 3rd games in super8. it is not smart play at all. Dhoni should improve on risk taking , plannin capabilities...

Dhoni gave world cups?? Dhoni is just the coolie to lift two world cups. Real efforts came from other players.

A captain is as good as its team and a team without a good captain cannot win a world cup..So no point blaming only dhoni.Resposibility lies with the entire team

Can u imagine a captains task of handling 10 heaviest Egoistic over-ambitious cunning Regionalism-oriented fellows inside the team and crazy media and others outside the team??? Team always remains good, what matters is how to make them perform their best... Thats where full credit goes to one and only one till now in Indian team --- DHONI.

why dhoni, whynot gambhir and sehwag, they didnot played well in any match, DHoni is best caption and player still and better than Gambhir who is interest only for captaincy
