Sachin has enriched Indian cricket like other internationals of other cricket playing nations.Irony is that Sachin has been trying to attach himself with cricket even after his series of failures. By this he is destroying the future of other Indian talents and spineless selectors also are placing this "once upon a time" hero ahead of the country. Cricket world has the record how low performing players had been axed for the shake of the country. Let shameless Sachin understand it and tell the spineless selectors that he is not above the country. Go Sachin go country will remember more for your this attitude than for your glorious cricket.

I fully agree. He should retire and make way for others . But along with Sachin we should ask Mannu and he fellow Parliamentarians who are above 75 to retire and make way for younger generation.
sachin.....look at the way he batting.he is not sure of his foot work , his judgement of flight wayward , his reflexes slow , now a days he is not sure of anything he does at the crease because of this every time gets out it looks like the bowling is gr8... its time for him to iron out out ship out (consider the age factor too)

every1 is asking him to retire as he is almost at the fag end of his career. nothing to prove. so better retire whn u r off form.

Guys... look Ponting is a failure too.. but still they kept him. Why? There is a reason, you all dont know. So as Sachin.

Remember, what he said after his 140 ball 100th century against lowest ranked nation......IT WILL BE SELFISH TO RETIRE WHEN YOU ARE ON TOP (although he was not on top by any norms). Now, when he is down in the dumps, he is taking undue advantage of leniency being shown by the board/selection comittee aided by Mumbai lobby. It is now absolutely clear that he does'nt want to exit gracefully, thus blocking the career of so many players waiting to be inducted. There is no doubt that sponsors, who have put crores on are his endorsements are influencing the selection comittee for his continuance in the team for an indefinite period

Sunny can coz he quit when everyone wanted him to continue, Kapil quit only after getting world record and denying Srinath for 2-3 years..Kapil should not talk about retirement. He too like SRT lived in denial mode.
