Sandip patil will bow to Tendulkar on any given day due to his contacts with Ambanis, Birlas n all.
Was it only one team member who failed in the last 2 Tests? What about Dhoni's captaincy? How long has he been failing as a captain in Tests? Why is section of the media determined to do a cover up for Dhoni? Team's loss's ultimately responsibility lies with the captain and Dhoni has miserably failed as a Test captain. Please remember his overseas record as Test captain last 2 years. DHONI should be the headline here and not Tendulkar.

dhoni has kept the wickets and captained the team..and scored atleast some runs in whereas tendulkar has done absolutely nothing...

Captained the team to losses. Utter failure as a test captain. Keeping wickets even Riddhiman Saha can do, so lets move to next best wicket keeper and a much better captain

dhoni is the only person desreves selection in all formats...u wont find a wicketkeepr/captain/batsman in india for another 100 years..
Sachin should be given a long rope in view of his past performance. However, then selsctors should have the GUTS (WHICH THEY DO NOT) to drop him if his poor performance with the bat continues for a few more matches. We should understand that in every field Merit and performance should count and not past performances. Ther is no SUBSTITUTE for victory and there should be any PRIMA DONNAS. The selectors continued with Sunil Gavaskar in the limited over games where his performance was poor to put it very mildly and charitably. personality cult should be avoided at all costs.

Dhoni is in team only for star value & not for any performance or merit. He never desrve a place in Test/T-20 as a player. He can only be in ODI based on perfor.

sachin should take voluntary retirement before he is thown out of the team.presently(as far as the form is concerned) he is the worst batsman in the indian team.
If a guy is not good for the team currently he should be dropped ....the falacious argument that he "once" did this or that 29 years ago is no reaso to let this leach suck more out of the Cricket Industry

It is the ad agencies and pr firms of the players who decide on the team composition depending on how many endorsements have been signed for how long
Form and ability have nothing to do with Indian Cricket team selection

He should announce & gracefully retire now, otherwise he will be critised badly, damaging his own old qualities. At the same time, another young cricketer will get a chance.
