Next match should be deciding for them to put their papers clearly as we country men or sports loving people are not foolish donkeys to keep waiting for them to perform. There are 1000sof top players who can play better than these. CAN BCCI REACT QUICKLY ….. ASK THEM TO QUIT OR ELSE……TAKE A CALL

dhoni employing 7 men on the boundary for petersen - a captain bereft of ideas and his own batting form down in the dumps
did they speak to laxman, dravid, ganguly this way .. 2 of our greatest laxman dravid were more or less dumped one fine morning..even though they were not doing so badly yet
This kind of comment from a legend like Gavaskar is reflecting his softness to mumbai player.Same yardstick should be given to all.This same person made lot of negative comment about Laxman when he was passing through a lean period,forgetting laxman's contibution to recent Indias victories in srilanka, South africa,Mohali and in West indies.Laxman left the stage silently .True Sachin is A legend,but this is too much.

What Gavaskar is speaking is indirectly helping Sachin to stay for moretime in the Team. If he is an honest person, he should immediately put in his papers of retirement. All Indians will greet him, more than his making a century. If he does not listen, he should be sidelined, removed from next test, game onwards.
These words are of no help to the man who is most capped player in world. Forget this innings he has failed in WI tour of India, India's tours of Eng & Aus, NZ tour of India. During this, he must have played more than 22 innings - a big number. I think if we give surety of 10 innings to a youngster he would definitely score better than him. Past records should help but to some extent only. It is ridiculous to talk that he or anybody else should go on his own. Who wants to go. Bhajji has failed to take wickets even in Ranji trophy, why was he picked then but even he says he is bowling better. Sport is performance based, perform or perish. Performance speaks for itself. Players like Badri, Manoj etc. have been toiling in domestic consistently with little fruit. V r mauled in our own den. test got over in 3 days, literally. KP who was totally clueless in the last test was totally at ease. v don't know how to bowl & bat in our own backyard. Its not the loss but the manner of loss which hurts. Its test match where one gets time unlike 20-20 or an ODI. Forget Monty even Swan bowled better than Ashwin & Bhajji. So its Eng. who have been improving, they batted better in the 2nd ing. of last test, and though lost the test but took the game to last day and then wrapped the 2nd test in 3 days. I don't like the idea of playing 3 spinners with no variety. Had it been a leg spinner or a different spinner than the 2 it would have made sense but not Bhajji who is also an off sp

the selectors should speak to Sachin and ask his plan.Gavaskar doesn't want to come out with his opinion.Highly partial. Finally,why ask Sachin on his plan?Did the selectors ask Laxman and Dravid about their plan? Sachin will obviously say he is enjoying his cricket and he can't think of life without cricket. Drop Sachin,his days in cricket field finished.

Amarnath refused to continue when board went against his advise to drop sachin & Dhoni from test team.We will pay a heavy price for that in this series now
