just because kkr won some comic show ...he really thinks he is India Captain material ? Anywhere where the ball bounces above knee high ..he is an utter failure...also his criticizing his captain was plain back stabbing after Dhoni had won a crucial match in the last over.

Right. Gambhir behaved very immaturely when Kohli was made as vice captain of the ODI team. He started to create groups in the team. Present downfall of the indian team is mainly becoz of sehwag's and Gambhir's groupism against MSD. Wish they behave like mature people and not like school kids..
Gautam is leding from front and successful in all formats of cricket.He can serve better for india another 4 to 5 yrs.He knows responsibilities while Dhoni is making immature satements he blame pitch at Channai for IPL Final that pitch was helpfull for batsmans at second half infact he won the toss and batted first.He could't handle team well in OZ tour or not submitted his resign and asked BCCI for better option than him?.

I dont think Delhi City is actually a Delhi city. He is someone from South with the name "Delhi City". Thats why all the support for MSD. Look at the names in this forum who support MSD, all are from TN and all are iyers.

It is immaturish of Gambhir to say he is ready for test captaincy when all this talk is only in media and he has not been asked by BCCI about it. Where will he stand if he is not made the captain as in all likelihood, Dhoni will retain captaincy. Even Ganguly said Dhoni is a better captain than Gambhir. Being ambitious is fine but it shouldn't be at the cost of the team by being overly aggressive. If he is not made the captain, he and Sehwag along with a few others will try to create a separate camp in the team as used to happen in Kapil's and Gavaskar's time.

You know the IPL cost of Jadeja.. All the franchises are not idiots like you. They know there is something in Jadeja.. Might be not perform consistently, but he can bat, bowl and field.

Yes Gambhir can be considred as Test Captain only if his place in playing XI is secured.What is his average against TOP Test teams like Australia,England and South Africa. We have so many fools in India raise unnecessary issues like this.If IPL is any basis then Dhoni is far better than Ghambirs,Sehwags and Kohlis who are claiming test captaincy.Let them perform consistently and secure their place in playing XI.
Gambhir is too immature to always voice against his own team’s skipper. IPL results did not prove anything about him. It was a very close match in which result could have moved to anybody’s favor. CSK did give enough fight, but finally it is not their day. What he would have told media if KKR lost in the crucial close finish. Now it time to put people under commanding role who makes much noise in the team. Step-up Gambhir as the captain for all the formats, drop/rest Dhoni for certain period of time and send the team to play international matches overseas against strongest teams like AUS, ENG, SL, SA… Get the results from those tours, come back to rediff forums, and start comparing Dhoni and Gambhir. I do have respect for Ghambir as a capable captain and player but his recent voice in the media directly attacking Dhoni is degrading his reputation.
