I am also one of the crores of Sachin fans. But I also don't feel that he should be given Bharat Ratna for one reason i.e. he has earned millions of rupees and dollars on the game. He has got the reward much much more than what a cricketer deserves to get. He may be given Khel Ratna, which I think he has got already. Correct me if I am wrong.

I think you are wrong. He must be awarded with Bharat Ratna. the millions he is earning is not demanded by him it had been decided and given by the board, other than that he was in the winning team in lots of series and enven in world cup last year. when we look into the records in world crickt, thereare too many records in name of sachin tendulkar but in () it is also mentioned that he is an indian. You had written that you are one of the Crores Fans then you also know that there are too many fans outside india. They knows sachin as indian sachin dendulkar. I think a man who had taken Indian criket to certain high with his thousands thousands of run and he is enven in his 99th centuries and fiftys and lots of man of the math and man of the series the man who called master blaster must awared with Bharat Ratna.

Can you specify what highs sachin tendulkar achieved for India? If you talk about India, Kapil Dev, Saurabh Ganguly and of course Dhoni achieved much more..
On August 5, India won its first match against Hungary 4-0. India won the rest of the group matches against USA (7-0, with Chand scoring 2 goals) and Japan (9-0, with Chand scoring 4). On August 10, Ali Dara arrived. Their fourth match was the semi-final against France, whom they defeated 10-0, with Chand scoring 4 goals. Meanwhile, Germany had beaten Denmark 6-0, beaten Afghanistan 4-1 and in the play-offs, had defeated Holland 3-0. Thus, India and Germany were to clash in the 1936 Berlin Olympics field hockey final on August 15.
Dhyan Chand scoring a goal against Germany in the 1936 Olympics hockey final On the morning of the final, the entire team was nervous since they had been defeated the last time they had faced Germany. In the locker room, Pankaj Gupta produced a Congress tricolour. Reverently the team saluted it, prayed and marched onto the field. The German team was successful in restricting the India side to a single goal until the first interval. After the interval, the Indian team launched an all-out attack, easily defeating Germany 8-1, incidentally the only goal scored against India in that Olympic tournament. Chand top-scored with 3 goals, Dara scored 2 and Roop Singh, Tapsell and Jaffar one each. Describing the game, the Special Correspondent of The Hindu wrote,[citation needed]
