We support Cricket just..because no Alternative, 7 nation game, Pak and sreelanka need World cup..in any other main stream game they can ????????Indian blindly following 7 nation games, even this game sachin has great skill, but here Dhini fanes are more..means ??like Modi supporter's or Like Kolevory popularity shows what we are.....

I agree especially with the Ravi Shastri part you can add Gavaskar to it as well, and now Wasim Akram seems to be under tremendous pressure from Ravi and Sunil Gavaskar to start his every commenting session with words like "Sachin is the greatest athlete in the history of human kind" etc .. etc ..
question ?duniya ke rakhwale or kolevory is best ?..our new generation is too brilliant they know kolevory is great..(dhoni deserve first) why shouting for Sachin?? two world cup?(I don't know that is world cup or somting esle ) won ..dhoni...is great........he deserve Bharath rathna Award.....saching has skill eve though 7 nation game cricket..but we Indian need Kolevory..
They should both get the award in that order. Dhyan Chand is the un-argubaly the greatest hockey player ever...and Sachin is arguably the greatest cricketer ever. Guys like Vishwanath anand, Gopi Chand, Abhinav Bindra and others have peaked in their respective sports for a time. Where do they stand in the Goat list? They sure did make India proud. But Dhyan Chand and Sachin made people all round the world know about India

Dhyan Chand should be the first to get Bharat Ratna from Sports and then Viswanathan Anand. Even in cricket they can not ignore Kapil Dev. If any he has to be the first one, not Tendulkar. Tendulkar can wait.
Yes, they should consider contrbution over a long period of time rather than a single world level performance or winning a single Olympic medal.

I think before giving bharat ratna to plaster baba,plz give it to gavaskar and ravi shastri who always always prompt plaster baba as national hero which he is not at all
