Boss, Rediff has not covered Ponting's innings against India in 2003 final. That was the innings which resulted in humiliating defeat for India. All the Indian players had their pants down and were being screwed for almost 6 hours. That was the best ever innings by any player ever.
175 runs of Kapil Deb against Zimbabwa for which India got World Cup in 1983 is missing because there was no proof with ICC due to strike of total media in that perticular day

This is a sheer bullshit. Where is Kapils 175 * agt Zimbabwe. It is THE BEST INNINGS and i pity refidd for this sutrocious mistake
they dnt hv any work to do so they make a list in which deserving entries r avoided.
in this they missed kapil's innings. yesterday they made a funny list of bollywood love story films. a few days back they said lagaan is an underrated film.
these writers post craps n make people (like u n me )busy in comments n criticism.
How can one forget 175* from a bowling allrounder ??
Kapil came with India Tottering at 17 for 5.
Kapil hit 6 sixes and 16 fours in his innings .
He first partnered with Binny for 60 runs (6th Wicket) then with Madanlal for 62 runs (8th Wicket) and unbroken stand of 126* with S Kirmani (9th Wicket).
BEFORE 1983 TRIUMPH, INDIA WAS CONSIDERED WORST ODI TEAM AMONG TEST PLAYING NATIONS.
THIS INNINGS CHANGED THE COURSE OF INDIA'S CRICKET. IT WENT ON TO WIN THE 1983 WORLD CUP. With new found confidence India won 1985 Benson & Hedges Cup in Australia.
INDIA BEGAN TO BE COUNTED AMONG TOP TEAMS.
CONSIDERING THE IMPACT ON A TEAM'S PERFORMANCE , THIS IS THE BEST INNINGS EVER.

Om Shanti..These are not top ODI innings, these are highest scores in ODIS..there are huge diference between a top inning and a high scoring inning....

Bro,all are top innings for each player because they have done lot of hard work to achieve those feats..even if worth less for others who have not achieved anything accept writing news or posting comment,for Dhoni his 183 will always remain the top innings..top means above..one who is on top !

boss dont be emotional....I know u have less understanding regarding cricket....an innings of 60 not out chasing in a low scoring match on a difficult pitch which ultimately wins the game is much more important and called "great" inning than a 150 not out on a flat batting pitch. You know what, u have copied and pasted the list from a site and pretending that u r a big cricket fan and have all the records....grow up man..
