One can argue about Sachin's contribution - infused hope & confidence to almost 1/2 a billion. Most of these people has no meaning of life, they are simply leaving in hell but this man by some body's grace able to provide them hope, confidence & joy....biggest of the services to human

Yeah, at one side cricket is treated as festival of India and when the god of the biggest festival is getting honoured then devils start shouting, Why Sachin!!!
Dotn be Supraised if Sachin gets BR. Reasons are simple..it is money..Cricket has to be made popular and has to remain popular to fill the pockets of Indan Politician. Why is our Politician showing lot of interest in Cricket and why they werent 20 yera back. Politicians are there where money thrives. Why not even single politician is a head of Tennis or FootBall Board. Cricket is Curse for India. And it will be for generations to come.

Ind winning ckt in 83 was just to promote ckt in ind by ICC. jst imgaine otherwise hw cud a minnow like ind beat WI... Can u imagine today a team like ZIM can win WC. not at all. but then to promote ckt in ZIm doesnt hav sponsor so they are not awarding to it.... Sports in all spheres are fixed just to encourage other country to get involved & spread sports...

u can hardly find international matches between countries & since ckt is lazymans game & Ind are gud at that, it was promoted in Ind by english.....

Corruption cannot only be defined in terms of money. Casteism, Nepotism, Jugaad, Reservation, Bribery etc are all Corruption.
Actually the root cause of Corruption is our societal setup, wherein what matters first is our family, then caste, then religion, then region and then finally comes our nation.
A person who do anything to defend a relative no matter how much heinous crime he or she would have done. That feeling paralyzes administration, judiciary and politics as what then matters is emotion rather than the rule of law.
Corruption in India will always remain. As a matter of fact, people like to be corrupt in order to earn little more than what they are earning legally. Everyone has that feeling whether a businessman or a government official.
However, society raises hue and cry only when a person of the level of clerk all of a sudden loot so much that he gets into the society of ultra rich. Our society doesn't bother when peanuts are been looted but yes when someone starts looting in crores and crores then pressure from each segement of society is raised.
Overall, our society allows adding a little water in milk however when a little milk is added into water and then termed as Milk is highly objected to.

yes me too agreeing this ... becasue india were won the world cup its true.. but its not only his ability (i mean sachin).. its a team ability... ..but in this case he done its single hand ..so he is great .. Mr Vishwanathan anand
