Characterless
by Akash Nair on Sep 03, 2010 06:08 PM  | Hide replies

This is typical Paki behavior. It is always somebody elses fault. Shahid Afridi was caught on camera scuffing up the pitch and biting the ball and this guy is their captain. The pattern of cheating and backstabbing is ingrained in the psyche of that country. Thats their lifestyle. Owning up responsibility is alien to these losers.

Yes, I am agree to you. But Sachin and Dravid also did the same and caught on Camera While tempring the ball. But Sachin is legend and Dravid is The WALL... I think they also made the same crime....but they are great!!!

tat's correcting the "seam" on cricket ball....not disfiguring it....PAKIS does a different thing....scraching a side of a ball with finger nails...just besides the seam and later "lifting the seam" of the ball....it will disfigure soon, then starts to reverse swing....they are "masters" init...did it so many times and still doing..

JAVAGAL SRINATH & GREG CHAPPEL SHOULD HAVE BEEN BANN
by Kabeer on Sep 03, 2010 06:01 PM  | Hide replies

Technically Pakistan and its Board are right.

The essence of the argument is Pak bowlers deliberately bowled no balls and the effect is England batsman cant get out.

Look at this scenario:

In the match where Anil Kumble got 10 Pakistani wickets, Javagal Srinath deliberately bowled wide balls, though technically they are not declared wides, in his last couple of overs so that he would not get a wicket but Kumble can get it when his turn comes up. This Srinath had stated on record.

Was Srinath banned for deliberately bowling wide balls and for not taking wickets? Was Srinath banned?

Here Pakistani bowlerd did that for money where as Srinath did for getting encomiums.

Similarly, when Trevor Chappel deliberately bowled under arm at the behest of Greg Chappel who was the captain, was either Greg Chappel or Trevor banned?

Your analogy is incorrect. Please see, when Srinath did what he did, he was not under control of someone else outside the field. The gesture had more to do with helping his teammate create a record and not help the opposition in any way.

What is incorrect?

When Srinath bowled one or two were declared wides wherein Pakistan got the benefit of those extra runs.

Can anyone say, Indian captain insisted Srinath to bowl wicket taking deliveries?

WHat about the situations when victory was 1-2 runs away and one batsman short of century with plenty of overs and time left and the batsman do not take runs at all. When the other player scores a century, and if that player is like Sachin, post century if the sponsor gives lacs as prize, what is that?

Let's see, by your logic if someone sacrifices his opportunity so that his teammate can set a new record and shine the country's name is the same as someone who sacrifices his opportunity in return for growing his own bank account and betraying his own country.

Brilliant, the Pak players need you as their life coach.

PPPorkiss will always find a way to blame others for their own mess.
That is why their own people are suffering at the hands of nature because they do not want to help themselves just want uparwala to do it for them or best they can kill others for their uparwala.

Even then these people are not satisfied and start blaming every tom dick and harry for their troubles.
I wish they are wiped from the face of the earth... that might help in restoring at least some peace in the world.

Neither Srinath nor Chappell was PAID to bowl the NO BALL. There's a difference between unsportsmen like conduct and criminal behaviour.
