Innocent until proven guilty
by Gugga on Sep 03, 2010 07:11 PM  | Hide replies

Allegations have to be proved. As it goes "your are innocent until proven guilty". They have to prove many things, times of the videos, authenticity of the pictures and all. Its not easy. Hasan is a diplomat and knows how to conduct these businesses. If tomorrow the same news paper NOTW says something about Tendulkar would everyone jump on the bandwagon?
So relax, i know its Pakistan, that is making everyone excited and jump like the tampering issues, let the investigations run their course.

Your percevierence is admirable. Hats off to your imagination.....u'll do justice to ur talent if u try bollywood; while even the paki ex-cricketers have hung their heads in shame over this episode (which of course as per u is mere allegation) ur steadfastness in upholding the pakis as innocent victims is really commendable......of course when Shahid Afridi was charged of ball tampering (eating up the seam), it was merely a bias against asian players u would say.....and also the fact that he himself accepted and apologised thereafter must be because Shard Pawar was the president designate of ICC at that time; poor poor pakistanis, always to innocent and honest and demure......the whole world is out to trample over them; so naieve

See how sports and politics have blended in India. If you didn't knew that, why flaunt your ignorance! IPL scam is just enough as an example but for dimwits like you, there is so much everywhere to prove the marriage of sports with politics.

One often ends up showing his ignorance by the road he takes to hide it. Buddy, if u do not know, IPL is merely a business venture; it does not represent any board or any country. Even if there are umpteen number of scams in IPL, it does not taint any test team or any board. But all the same, the IPL seems to have served its purpose if the audience is gullible enough to equate its status with an international match. It means the IPL marketing strategy gets full marks for its efforts.....if you still fail to grasp the difference, then let me explain by telling u, it is the WWF of cricket, perhaps this may help u to understand the difference between a test mach/odi/t20 intl and the IPL....since my 4 yr old nephew has now understood the difference, I would presume that u would too.......PERHAPS

An idiot calling me idiot. Dear spot fixing happened, right? you have to prove it. Pakistan was allegated for ball tampering at Oval was it proved? Hair had to leave in despair! Imran Khan had sued Allan Lamb and Botham and won the case in UK for the same reason. If you are allegating, you better prove it else you are going to jail! Else many things look fishy, does not mean that its fixing!
I will talk like a judge than a foolish like you!

how PAKIS used to disfigure seam and shape of cricket ball to achieve "reverse swing..???
dont talk like an idiot....
have some proper cricket knowledge and PAK cricket histroy...they are "masters" in cheating "ball tempering" and "fixing " matches ....unfortunately ICC has no "experties" and "committment" to catch them red handed....
sydney test is a classic example of "match fixing"....but it cant be prooved through evidences...these players are smart enough...betting maphia also and it runs deep into PAK cricket administration....
illegal money is found right in the captain "butt's" room...everything is revealing now....dont know wat's ur problem..??

Does the name Pakistan has any integrity anymore? It has become synonimous with fraud, terrorism, lies etc.

Nobody has any doubt that all the pakistani players are tainted including their board.

The question of proving doesn't arise. Ban Pak cricket for lifetime. They are the crooks. The world would be a much better place without them.

Amit, thats what you thinking that Pakistan is blaming Pawar cause he is from India (using the political angle). This is not the case, he named him as he is representing ICC not Govt of India. So if he named Lorgat, does it mean he is blaming South Africa?
Its not political, everybody knows Indian bookies are strong. Even Majeed the culprit has said his hadlers are from India (means indian origin not Govt of India), which can be totally a lie or true. That is why i am saying let the allegations be proved. If i make a video saying i bribed Indian team to loose the final, i better prove it that it was made when where and by whom. Else, you may be right, but if you can not prove it, its nothing. That is law!

So why India was allowed to play when Azhar and Jadeja were banned? they should have banned team India? right?
Individuals will be given punishment.
Now if i say the guy caught in USA with knuckles and jihadi literature is a terrorist, would you agree? he has been allegated right? they have to prove it? until then he is not!
But I understand your hate for Pakistan, cause you have to prove how nationalist you are!

ECB and england players were nt comfortable to play wid these tainted players...and for the time being this is wat best ICC can do...thr was a growing feeling in england and a very strong 1 that this series shudnt go on...but they wanted cricket to go on...and for the players to play on in a normal environment...dis is wat best they cud have done...in any way pak players themselves didnt want to play..so dis decison is completely fare...y pakis making such hue cry abt it nw...just coz sharad powar is an indian...they wudnt have raised their voices and vented it out on ICC if he wudnt have been there...and toking of politics..just 2 days back in an article , a paki newspaper blamed Powar for everything even before this news of dropping theplayers came...even blames RAW for everything...i guess u got my point now !!

ECB was comfortable to play apartheid South Africa and not ZImbabwe! SO do not talk about ECB! Newspapers and commentators blame other countries and use conspiracy angles! Just watch youtube vids about Indian media announcing that India is going to thrash Pakistan in 2009 ICC match and all the "akray" were in indias favor. They were making fun of Pakistan. Next day, they were making fun of India and saying India should learn from Pakistan! Dont talk about media. I tell you if this comes out nothing, it wont be a news!!!! But they are allegated it is a big news, check Paki channels they are running those no balls like every hour to make fun of them! So be sensible and do not get into media hype. If it was so evident as predicted, Scotland yard would have jailed them! and all the evidence would have been brought out! Since there are some issues with evidence, they are still investigating!

India was allowed to play because against Azhar and Jadeja action was taken by Indian board themselves and not under pressure of ICC. Indian board or govt did not blame any third party before banning the suspect match fixers. However there are no evidences against any of them with ICC. If India had played dirty tricks like Pak, ICC would have failed to ban any of these Indian player in the wake of weak laws.

Dear not BCCI, it happened after Cronje charged Azhar, Jadeja, Mongia and one other player. Kapil resigned as coach, and CBI investigated them, Mongia was released while Azhar and Jadeja were banned. Same happened with Salim MAlik, he was banned by Pakistan not because of their own decision but pressure from ICC on both boards, else in Pak and India, you very well know, the definition of justice!

He has not blamed India, he has blamed Pawar who is ICC chairman, and is an Indian national. SO if someone blames Ban KI Moon, it means he has accused Korea? or Haroon Lorgat means accused SOuth Africa? He has just said Indian bookies have a stake as Majeed had said his handlers are from India. Do not bring nationalism into this, read the article, no where he said that government of India is involved!

First of all, Its TAMPERING! not temper! temper is ghussa! secondly, I know alot bout cricket and law that you wont be knowing. If is was so clear and evident, they would have been behind bars, its not Mumbai or Karachi that you can meddle with justice, its UK!
Thirdly, how can you reverse swing now? Means you have learnt tampering? so much so that Athertin, Dravid and Tendulkar have been caught doing it! You do need to teach your bowlers some things!
Imran Khan made Allan Lamb bank rupt in UK after beating him in court case regarding ball tampering!
Its an art, not based on tampering. Listen to the masters Waqar, Imran, Sarfaraz and Wasim how to do it. India even use Wasim as consultant for Irfan Pathan. Aussies used Waqar. Spin legend Saqlian invented Doosra! He has coached England. Another legend Mushtaq is assistant coach of England. Intikhab Alam has coached Indian Punjab side! Its the art that speaks not mere emotions!
