Congrats India! Once again the much maligned, under credited and abused bowling attack which made us no. 1 in test cricket wins 14th test match out of 23 under dhoni.

We became and still are no. 1 for so long only because of zaheer, ishant, sreesanth, bhajji, ozha and mishra

Why Sledging go unpunished?
by nakshyatra mishra on Dec 29, 2010 09:52 PM  | Hide replies

Dale Steyn was spatting too much. Why no action by match referee? Similarly M Johnson in Australia? Why Ponting fined only 40%? There should not be any monetary fine as cricketers have lot of money now a days. They should be banned for some matches or during the match like in Hockey/football. Umpires should show yellow/green/red cards accordingly. Is ICC istening?

Zaheer is the father of all sledgers..be it the jelly beans or steyn..
English realised how hot jelly beans could be..
Steyn is still wiping his a** from Zaheers treatment today

Congratulations to Team India and all Indian supporters on our resounding win today. Nice battle this was with SA with key factors being India dismissing SA for 131 in first innings and Laxman's 96 which greatly helped the cause. Our bowlers got good pep up with wickets which they should carry to Cape Town.

U R right but Indian media is overlooking VVS who is real winner for India and creating hype on personal achievement of few stars who fail to click in crunch situation...

Laxman 96 is more valuable than double century of player who fail sunder presurre

that's one point of concern.. Sehwag got thrice out in the series chasing wide outside the off-stump deliveries...

After Laxman he is second highest

scorer in this test...he scored

three times more run than Dravid &

Sachin in 2 innings of this test

Sehwag is true match winner

Sehwag is a baseball player, does nobody knows that...swing the willow, if it gets connected then some boundries otherwise the wickets are shattered

Best beginning we could have had for the day, as getting batsman of Kallis calibre in that way would have sent negative signals to SA camp.
