Re: OUTSTANDING PERSONAL MILESTONE , BUT FOCUS ON WEAKNESS OF TEA

Only loosers and negative people focusses on weakness. We Indian belive in positivity, look at Sachin, Dhoni, Dravids and even Ishant's fight back.
Another mediocre century when he should have been aggressive like dhoni & taken us well past the deficit during his stay at the crease, who cares if India looses, the fact that he scored his 50th century is important. guess, even a 3 - 0 whitewash will not feel bad now as Sachin has got his 50th Century, we must thank him for that.

ur message also implies that he can play as per his wish... which is good, and for any player performance is core to continue in the team. India is fortunate, that it has a player who can dictate terms to opposition bowlers as well.

if its mediocre.... then pitch must be very conducive to batting, and SAs bowling attack is very weak.. then what 'other Indian batwmen' are doing?

For your information, Sehwag, Gambhir & Dhoni played well with better strike rates against the same attack, a Sehwag consuming the same no of deliveries would have given us a lead of atleast 100 - 125 which would have made this match more interesting than what is just a formality now.

so what, they are not there now... even without those strike rates had they still be batting we would atleast been certain of draw.. this test match game is more of application but of demonstrating once stroke play.. because one they scored 600 , there were only two possibilities, either a draw or SAs win... we should have been trying for the former. And there is no use discussing about players who got out, as their contribution is not going to help because still 100 overs are left in the match.. with 2 wickets in hand.
congrats to sachin on this achievement. so many critics for his achievements - if it was so easy to score so many hundreds in India then why havent the other batsmen done it. How come this man has scored 7 hundreds this year. come on guys he does deserve credit for such a star with values - remember he said no to liquor ads - simple man let him get what he deserves. It is easy to criticize anyone but are u fit enough to comment on it? He has achieved something great and deserves credit for it
Don Bradman scored 29 centuries in just 50 odd tests.he has 6 consecative centuries in test cricket to his credit.he has scored triple ton on more than one occassion and double tons on more that 8 occassions.he did not play between 1939 to 1945 due to II world war.had he played during that 7 years,he would have scored 100 test centuries.he has the test average of 99.99.so until and unless this record of bradman is not broken,no one can claim to be the Badshaha of cricket.this is with due respect to our Sachin.

DESPITE THE INDIA IS GOING TO LOOSE THE MATCH. MASTER BLASTER IS NOT GOING TO SAVE THE MATCH. I CAN BET. HE IS RECORD MAKER AND NOT MATCH WINNER AT ALL

Yeah how can he win matches when the other end keeps on walking back to the pavilion... dont speak like an a.s.s.h.o.l.e
Re: Re: centuries
by miviu on Dec 20, 2010 11:11 AM
unfortunately, he doesn't have Ishant sharma at other end, who is looking better than most of the batsmen these days... he courageously faced 71% of the deliveries in win against Aus.. facing more than 100 deliveries.. and here the target is 500, to save innings defeat, and already he lost 8 of his partners..
Re: centuries

Didnt u read all the comparisons between Sachin and Bradman... almost all of them conclude tat Sachin and bradman are equals.. If bradman was playing under current conditions, he would be Sachin tendulkar...

didnt u get my point.. i said both would be EQUALS... it was said by an cricket expert... not my opinion

yeah! a career of 20 years, 50 centuries and not a single triple ton. Nobody can beat it. It shows that Sachin has no staying power. He respects only money power
Re: Re: Congrats Sachin for acheiving this milestone

*then refer one player who played for 2 decades with similar record. *India has only one plaer who scored Triple ton.. *If he is batting well, money doesn't matter, also come with ur cricketing knowledge with whom u can replace Sachin. *If u think whatever he does is not worth, u can also mention that he is the only batsman in ODI history to score double ton..
Cool down man, ur conscience know that he is not wrong in any way, but u are not able to control ur hatred..

Though there is no point in replying to your idiotic assessment, most triple tons have been scored in drawn tests... Staying power...u have got to be kidding....21 yrs career, 20 150 innings (highest by anyone), 50 tons (7 scored this year at the age of 37)...most of his tons have resulted in positive results for India...So you can go back and stuff your mouth in shit where it belongs
"Self discipline" is Mantra of your success..it can not be taught ..it is required to be understood in principle and required to be administered in the blood..LET THIS BE FOLLOWED BY ALL OF US,ESSPECIALLY AT HIGHER LEVELS, SO THAT LOWER LEVELS HAVE NO CHOICE TO MAKE COMPROMISE...SALUTE TO YOU SACHIN.
Well he scored 50th 100 in test cricket.Fine.A personal milestone achieved. But what about team? Out of 50 100s,22 centuries contibuted to the defeat of team.out of 50 centuries,8 were against the weakest teams like BANGLADESH AND zIMBABWE.28 ON HOME SOIL.Home pitches are dead/easy to bat.So one may feel proude of it but the reality is this.

by gopal gadge on Dec 20, 2010 10:54 AM
result of match depends on team efforts....he is performing well..n also motivating to other but he cant score run for other...so it's fair to comment like this "22 centuries contibuted to the defeat of team" be positive n accept that he is master of cricket....

Yes he is master of cricket. But not saviour of team.thats why he did't want to be captain of team.Because taht will come against the interest of personal records.Thse Bomaby players are very clever and commercial minded.
