Whole cricketing world respect sachin. He is idol for many cricketer in the world. He is the perfect example of hardwork and discipline. But i dont know why few indian dont like this. Come on be an indian and respect his efforts since last 20 years
Did he commit anything out of laws of cricket ? What did Dhoni bhai score runs as Viru was nearing century, when your own country man is supporting your cause why do you expect the opponet to support you

did u see the no-ball? If you understand cricket it will very clear that he stepped almost a foot and half from the crease which is clearly indicating that it was deliberate.
as per tv channel reports, sanga was caught in the stumps camera n mikes to ask randiv not to allow sehwag score runs. so randiv just obeyed captain's orders.
but yes, whosoever did it, it was just against sportsmanship. had they bowled good ball n sehwag was bowled then it wudnv hv mattered. so its wrong. n icc shud punish such players who r cheaping tactics.

this is not the first time the Lankans have done this. from the very first test match with India, in 1982, when we are just to win the game, they started complaining about the ball time and again and were succeeded in getting new ones for more than 2 times. in those times prominent players were Rai Dias, Ashanka Demel and Dupeel Mendis were playing in Lankan team. So it is in their blood that cheating be mixed with the spirit of game.
now he is after randiv,first it was murali....media wants comments of ppl with loose mouth and they r happy with bedi for that reason...good he didn't said ban srilanka team for 5 matches...lol

Bedi is a forthright person who speaks his mind and he has been the same right thr his career and life as well. What Randiv has done is wrong and he himself acknowledged it by apologising to Viru, it was a deliberate act on his part.
Bedi believes in fair play and is of the old school when cricket was truly a gentleman's game. Sometimes he is wrong, but then he is human as welL
bedi should be banned forever to write or talk about cricket... this selfish cricketer denied many aspiring bowlers a chance to play during his time by playing politics...rajinder goel is a perfect example... he was thousand times better than bedi...

Bedi has entire freedom to express his views, why should he be banned from expressing what he wants, and if that so why shouldn't you be banned as well from posting on rediff?
