mental conditioning coach .. unheard of stupidity..does it mean that indian players are psycoloically challenged?
wont be surprised if next on the line of appointment would be fashion models as physical conditioning coaches...( remeber coachs idea of 'performance'?) Venkatesh prasad would be able to teach to the best of his 'abilities' ( not much to begin with)..
before venkatesh prasad took over as bowling coach, we had only zaheer, ashish and agarkar as pace bowlers ( that too unfit most of the time). but he reniewed our bowling attack and made a good bench strength ie sreesanth, rp singh, munaf, ishant and praveen. they did well but were not consistent because of their mistakes only

i spin department also we have bhajji, amit mishra , piyush chawla and ojha, who are agressive and shown character.
BCCI can continue to find scapegoats....but the real culprit is they themselves after having spoilt the cricketers with easy money. Most of our players are half fit and tired and have no motivation to play for the country ...
