General Coach Mental Conditioning coach Physical Conditioning Coach Technical specialist coach Pace bowling coach spin bowling coach Wicket keeping coach Fielding coach Makeup coach But still India will be useless.
Dont BLAME the coaches for poor performance of teams. If a player cannot/does'nt bowl properly,or misses catches, blame them individually, not the coaches. After all players are not kids to be spoon fed. They are been paid toooo handsomely to even drop simple catches,or not being fit.

Absolutely true .....Actually BCCI should be showed the boot instead of coaches
Should hire Mohd. Kaif as fielding coach as his cricketing career is all set to be over(lol).... n Kapil Dev as bowling coach since we cant get a better bowler than him
A couple of days ago there was a report about BCCI giving a last warning to Sreesanth. Now does anybody think that it is going to make a difference to him ? If he is banned also, he has nothing to lose. He has made crores and crores, and there are still endorsement deals and contracts in Kerala that would last him another 10 years. So who cares if u select him or drop him or ban him ? This is the biggest worry for Indian cricket. The players are going to play only under two conditions, either they are patriotic enough to play for the country under any circumstance (like Kumble did against WI - what a sight that was ! just the memory of the sight still gives goosebumps !), or else they shud feel that they stand to lose something by not being selected - which is by banning or at least restricting any slected player from endorsing products limitlessly or else keep a condition about being a national player to get paid when selected into the IPL team, until then they can play free of cost in the IPL.
I am really happy to note that our Bowling and Fielding Coaches were removed from there services.Well done.
Our team coach Kirsten should handle this department too, our bowlers should be strictly advised to deliver the ball to the fielding position set by the captain. Our coach should strictly watch the bowlers and give them advice after every match, if they dont listen drop them for few matches, like you have done Irfan Pathan. Ishant bowling is not up to the mark.He is bowling eradically no control, pitching out sidethe off stump giving full room for the batsmen to swing the bat in ODIs. He should be watched carefully. if he has no control, rest him for some time.
As a unit our team has to perform and get positive result for the support our public is poring on the team. Comne on wake up boys and perform well.
It is very good to see the Indian team divided into colours and made to perform, it is very good for the selectors to watch closely and select the right member for our team.
I really wish good luck for our team in the forth comming ODI against Australia.

Dude what u told was right....but can Ishant be dropped just bcaz of his performance...dont forget he has good terms with Dhoni....Will Dhoni Allow this....Big????????
very soon te whole concept is gonna change..cricket will be known only by tournaments like IPL. Players will playopenly for money..and will have to perform or perish... same goes for coaches..national teams will be reduced to record books and s stray tournamne here and there with no revennue to boast of..
..is the top celebrity status and related perks ..complacence.. liking to luxury ..heavy dose of money through endorsements... why blame poor coaches when the player itself has become a problem?
My neighbor's wife was talking about her 2-year-old son and was saying that she wants him to take to cricket. When I agreed with her that being in the Indian cricket team is a big honor, she said, "What Indian team ? I want him to play in the IPL. There is lot of money and glamour. U get to know film stars as well and u get to go along with them. Who wants to get into Indian cricket team ? One failure and ppl will throw shoes at ur house. Like this at least no tension only money and fame."
I agree totally with Ratnakar Shetty. IPL has indeed taken off the sheen of playing for the nation. Gone are the days when a Kapil, Sunny or Sachin struggled to get into the Indian team. Now it is all money.
