I still could not forgive u for silly comments u made on the mastero of cricket..(Gavaskar doesn't know abt t20 because he never played it)... Ur knowledge is wide and is very evident nowdays...

Apart from that he is famous only to woo female partners and not for cricket. He can better stick to that rather than entering into such activities and spoiling the spirit of the game.
In fact the Indian govt should ban such commercialisation of cricket as pointed out by Kapil.

if shah rukh had an iota of class, he wouldnt be going after gavaskar, and selectively singling him out - when the whole cricketing fraternity mocked shah rukh, his comments about buying a team was derogative, arrogant, reeked of his typical "drunk with money " attitude.
gavaskar was humiliated for opining what was perfectly within the realm of cricket - because ganguly was put to torture.
SRK's achievements are there for everyone to see. No one has proved a single fault in him and please no one is perfect. So refrain from boosting ur demented ego by ridiculing a legend. He rules on people's hearts. Respect him. Only successful people can recognize each other's attributes. Losers just talk n talk without facts to back up.

Regardless of whether or not he is a good actor, SRK is a big success in Bollywood and whether one likes SRK or not, no one can deny this. However, the whole cricketing world knows that KKR flopped in IPL 2008. Don't try to scout for sidey execuses to praise SRK (like he is the only one who made profit). Success of a cricket team will be judged by their performance on the ground and not by the profit their master made!
It is an undeniable fact that KKR flopped in IPL 2008. SRK may be a success at Bollywood, but in IPL, he has not been able to provide worthy performance. If you wish to shut your eyes from this reality and ignore the faults in your hero, you can jolly well do so. This is my last comment on this thread.

just see how the young brigade (Uthappa, Yusuf,Badrinath,Raina,Kohli ) have flopped on bouncy pitches and the old guard has performed ( Tendulkar, Dravid, Kumble, Ganguly, Sehwag). People may say that Dada did not do well but they forget that he battled for 12 balls otherwise the team would not have lasted till the 20th over. WE LOVE YOU DADA.

Brilliant performance by Ganguly 1 run of 12 balls (1 run was scored on 1st ball).He did not battle to stay on the wicket he struggled to stay on wicket.If he would not have survived 11 extra deliveris some1 else would have survived (and scored few more runs).Kindly note that Rohit Sharma who is a young member of indian team managed to score unbeaten 36 of 32 deliveries in same match.Its not the age of the player but the class that matters.Sourav Ganguly has repeatedly failed against quality fast bowlers.He does not have the ability to face short pitched deliveries.His footwork is terrible.Most of the times he is glued to creeze as if he has been stuck there with Fevicol.His yesterday's innings can be used as an advertisment for Fevicol.Sourav has miserably failed in 1st match and I am sure in forthcoming matches he is gonna fail as well.Kolkota night riders will be benifited even if they send Ishant Sharma at number 3 position at least he wont waste 11 deliveries to get out.
