BRC Just miss one slog hitter. There bowling is good.
Dravid/V.Malya should have selected either Raina or Rohit Sharma for BRC. The team would have been well balanced.
C.White is a better hitter than Kallis but Kallis is a better bowler than C.White. Dravid is prefering Kallis to C.White. He do not have a chance.
He can try giving a chance to under 19 wicket keeper instead of Boucher and bring in C.White. Boucher is reasonably good with combined keeping and batting skills.Again one more dilemma to Dravid.
Thank God! Venugopal was not there in Deccan Chargers team. Otherwise, Venugopal along with Arjun Yadav(Recommendation candidate by Shivlal Yadav) would have formed a deadly combination and as a result the Deccan Chargers would have lost by a margin of 100 runs.
The problem with Hyderabad, Bangalore & Kolkata team is that they don't have local talent.
Look at Hyderabad local players like Rao and Yadav. Arjun Yadav is not fit to play club cricket, he is playing becoz his father's influence, Rao is worst then Yadav.
There is all politics in Hyderabad cricket. That's why ICL has maximum number of players from Hyderabad. That stupid Shivlal Yadav has spoiled many careers just to make his mediocre son's career.
In the end, all those teams which are doing good in IPL has excellent local talent. They are not relying much on foreign players. The sooner the Laxman, Dravid & Ganuly realize this fact the better.

yes very true...but foreign players are playin their part as well...look at the chennai team now....its that as strong as it was when it had hayden,oram and others.
for the gud of chargers...axe laxman specially as a captain..he is not gud at takin decisions...look at the bowling figures of his bowlers and u ll know y....vijaykumar had given only 6 per over yet he was not given the last over !!!cud he not judge who is his best bowlers and allot the whole quota of 4 overs? Deccan chargers has been diffused only bcos this guy. make gilly the acting captain as done by mumbai atleast they got a win by takin such a bold decision..the only match which was won by chargers is bcos of gilly.

he was also the reason for chargers losin against rajasthan royals....when he gave symonds a final over when they required 18 runs....and they scored if wit ease...when shahid afridi was waiting to deliver wit a wicket or two and had given away jus 18 runs of 3 overs !!!
Everybody have easily forgotten the last over of Royal Challengers, had Dravid not hit 2 sixes in the last over, Bangalore would have lost the match I think some credit should be given to him.

Judge any player/team at the end of tournamentIf umpire gives a wrong decision what batsman can do Go and Slap umprie like bajji did to Srisant Things are not going in way for Laxman & dravid it does not mean thatboth are not good for T20 or lead the team ganguly shown agressive dadagiri still his team lost the match. Laxman is classy player, match winner and very good first slip fielder. he never got chace or acclodes for his talent or performance. for his badluck even Shivlal yadav and V Raju ( selector represents south zone ) are from Hbbad, but never supported laxman. Laxman deserve a place in odi team and he should be captian of team india for test as well odis. He is less flameboyunt and does not blabber some nonsense infront of press it does not mean he is not agressive. IND MEDIA n CRIC EXPERTS ARE BIASED TOWARDS HIM HE is playing good cricket. but things are not going his way RRs were most underestimated team but now favourite to win torunment. Jaffer was most criticised player is performing better than any other player for RCs.he is batting consistantly. Chokers like jadeja saba karim have no moral right to criticise players like laxman dravid kumble ....

Are you trying to say that indian selectors who select the team are a bunch of morons.Amazing! Just for the record India defeated the world Champions in their home territory without the likes of Ganguly Laxman and Dravid. Regarding Laxmans captaincy;The whole world can see how great a captain he is.He has been given an outstanding team and what have they done? Lost 5 out of 6 matches? What do you think is going to be the oucome of the remaining matches which deccan chargers play? Most likely they might the win the odd match but for a team which is probably the best team in the tournament it is quite a poor a poor showing. And the captain has to take the share of the criticism. He must have thought that this tournament would be his ticket back into the team but after the team performance unlikely that he will get a recall even though he has played well in the last 3 matches.Tough luck laxman.But there is no doubt about his class. After all his innings at eden gardens against aussies in 2001 series has been voted the best innings in indian cricket and amongst the top 10 best innings in test cricket by wisden.

Agree with you. Laxman does deserve a place in the ODIs so does Dravid maybe on a rotation basis. Not mr Ganguly for sure. But mr Dhoni will not like that. He has fixed the slots and the players he wants.
You are also right about Laxman being very suave and never bad mouthing anyone. It is so difficlt to be so when being with ppl like Dhoni and Ganguly who are master politicians.
But really dont believe that he is good captain stuff.
In the whole IPL i find only two players who are worst.Both Sachin and Laxman are disgrace to cricket. While Laxman has led a strong mighty team like Deccan Chargers down with his misadventures and worst captaincy on the other hand Sachin is skipping matches fearing failures in T20 matches.Sachin is the worst as he hasnt played fearing losing reputation as worlds best batsmen.
