Of Mice & Men

Saw Shah Rukh lying through his nose about his love for Dada, alongwith his baby faced CEO - they all mastered the art of dishonesty. God bless such guys who are sitting in judgement on legends. Down with KKR - find a new home!

IPL gives a new face to Cricket
by Paresh Vishal on Feb 06, 2009 01:52 PM

With advent of IPL Cricket has become more exciting and glamorous. With fast track cricket and cheer leaders spicing up the game, it is attracting a bigger viewership across the globe. The money involved in it is making it a serious form of sport. the players are not taking it lightly.

The Indian cricket will benefit as the youngsters will get a chance to interact with the best in the art. imagine young spinners being mentored by the likes of Murali and Warne. They will learn the art quickly.

World cricket will benefit as it is generating a lot of money.

India will win next world cup
by palaniappan chockalingam on Mar 25, 2008 05:13 PM

India will win next world cup jus for the simple reason, all good players through out the world have joined IPL and when it comes to money or sports, defnitely it is money for survival .no one will give up money for sure.its BCCI which gives them good money.this may be one of the best earnings in their lifetime.so there is a chance that world top players might or will support india which has a cash rich cricket board. well this is my assumption or other words prediction.kindly post your views on this.

IPL shame
by on Feb 27, 2008 05:45 AM  | Hide replies

Even if these businessman want to buy players like buying cattle in an auction, shouldn't they think patriotically atleast and ignore Australian players entirely? Hyderabad, aren't you ashamed of buying the very same players who are known for their bullying and lying?

buddy,
you need to understand one thing. ll those fights and squabbles in Australia are probably the board's way of creating drama so we'd pay big bucks to watch them clash with each other in 20-20 series that is going to start in another month's time.

The Roman Age is back. Like Gladiators, cricketers will now fight for survival (read the big buck).
Dohni gone for 1.5 Million USD, Ishant for 950,000 USD %u2026 Did I heard some one saying India is a poor nation.
