Team india doesn't need a coach. Why do you think the team needs a coach when most of the players are the great players by themselves. Team india needs coaching from people like Baba ramdev or deepak chopra.
Hi borde, if you dont know what is expected from you then why dont you go and ask BCCI? What is the point in taking a job if u dont know the job function? That's a dumb statement
We are very ashamed for the BCCI is name is not yet changed to BOMBAY CRICKET CONTROL for INDIA, better is MCCI. We love to be named like this. We will fight for it. We are the cricket loving fans in INDIA. Even we go for filing a PIL in HC and SC. After all this is our board. See who is behind us: Sharad Pawar, Sunil, Ravi, Lele, Shah and now Dadaaji Chandu saab. We only have 3 odd members, captain, coaches. They dont say anything to key players. We taking our cricket to yester years. we'll be taking cricket to 40 years or old back when Chandu saab might have played. We dont care, becoz its our cricket board. Its like our Indian politics, mostly composed of Dadaajis. We dont feel any shame, when we are rejected (by someone like Ford; who is this guy ? There are lots of dadaajis in our Maharastra). We still try one after other. We dont think to learn from other neighbour boards, who are going by latest technology and time. We dont want the coach to take control on us and to show a finger on our Sachin, the 17 yrs Cricketer (now aspiring for 30 yr cricketer). We'll not let anyone to ask us, even our fellow Indian Patriots. We dont bother what non-mumbians think. We are the one who are great and greatest. We have Money, Power and Powar. We dont worry even we let our Indians from 2003Final to 2007FiRE (First Round Exit). What else do you need from us. Just keep watching and dont express your feelings. Just concentrate on your professions , if you're job less then go to Movie,

if a manager is not aware of what is expected from him with current team there is no point in appointing him as a manager.Bhagwan team ka bhala kare.what is the use of his past glories.in cricket every day is new beginning. bring some one who can bring back the motivation in the team. chandu borde , i dont think is a good choice.
